November 2, 200916 yr Fair is very good. Not one of those gross ones, though. Don't you live in Philadelphia Rocco? There's gotta be tons of stuff to do there. It is always sunny there, after all. Philly's a nice place. Some parts are kinda scary, while others parts are down right inspirational. Just a walk through the cleaner parts of town would make a decent date. and this just dawned on me...How would a concert work as a first date? I mean, it's tons of fun, even if it's pretty much the opposite of a date setting. Quote Quote Anyone who likes tacos is incapable of logic. Anyone who likes logic is incapable of tacos. November 2, 200916 yr thanks for the suggestions. And lent just unintentonally answered my next question, how to ask her out. thats a BRILLIANT IDEA LENTI still cant decide if ill actually ask her out tho.... help plez?
November 2, 200916 yr I'd suggest a group event for a first "date". That way if you freeze up or something like that, one of your friends can save the situation. You'll feel more at ease not having to keep the conversation up all by yourself and she'll feel less awkward with her friends there. Once you're more comfortable, go for more of an actual date. And someone's going to get lung cancer following your advice lent  [bleep] the law, they can eat my dick that's word to Pimp

November 2, 200916 yr and this just dawned on me...How would a concert work as a first date? I mean, it's tons of fun, even if it's pretty much the opposite of a date setting. It could work, I guess it depends on what kind of concert it is. It would be a lot more laid-back than most dates though
November 2, 200916 yr Hey, Rocco turns out you're only like ~90 miles from me. If you ever feel like taking a field trip to double date, I'd be there for you  Quote Quote Anyone who likes tacos is incapable of logic. Anyone who likes logic is incapable of tacos. November 2, 200916 yr Definitely depends on what kind of concert and what kind of girl. You'd have to do something afterwards and preferably beforewards, though. Just to set and define the mood of the night. Group events can be iffy. If everyone's friends it works great. But I've noticed around my age unless it's everyone's first date, a big couples group will quickly fall apart to each couple cuddling and kissing. If it's the right girl/guy combination that could be hilarious, though. Making fun of other people can make for great bonding with any relationship. RPG, as for making friends, people will get annoyed if it's a small, tight group. But if it's a big group of people, and you make it seem like you won't be there long even though you're incredibly fun, you'll be wanted back. catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream
November 2, 200916 yr One thing i deffinetly dont want to do if i ask this girl out is a group. Ill either ditch her by accedent, or spend so much time with her it will make her unconfortable. I really dont know what to do, or even if i should
November 2, 200916 yr RPG, as for making friends, people will get annoyed if it's a small, tight group. But if it's a big group of people, and you make it seem like you won't be there long even though you're incredibly fun, you'll be wanted back. Probably true. I prefer the company of a tightly knit tiny group, so I suppose my view on the subject is a bit bias. As for Alex, If you're on a group date the idea isn't to get caught up on where to focus your attention. It's still a date, and your date deserves the majority of your attention. The group is there for more o a back up plan incase things get awkward. I prefer double dates over group dates. That way each has someone to focus on at all times. And your date isn't going to feel uncomfortable if you spend too much time with her. on the contrary, she'd feel outcasted if you didn't Quote Quote Anyone who likes tacos is incapable of logic. If you need someone to do that, give up now because it won't work. However, not doing the group thing is fine. I guess it's just a personal preference. I could just as easily say no, don't do it. And would you? You could still ask her out, who's gonna stop you? me? certainly not. If she's seems worth the effort, then yes, go for it. If you don't feel ready, then accept that you may be letting an oppurtunity slip and move on with your life. You have the final say in this situation. We could say anything we want in this thread. November 2, 200916 yr No matter what you may say, i dont think ill ever be confortable in a group. Just not my style. And no one has given me fedback if i should ask her out or not.... Im REALLY not sure about it....Basically this is what you do to see if you REALLY want to ask her out:Ask someone "Should I ask her out?"And they reply "No."If you feel defensive and start coming up with reasons why you should ask her out, then you want to ask her out.If you don't feel anything and just go "okay", well then you shouldn't ask her out. You could even ask me. And I don't think you should ask her out. What do you think about that? 8,180WONGTONG IS THE BEST AND IS MORE SUPERIOR THAN ME#1 Wongtong stalker.Im looking for some No Limit soldiers!
November 2, 200916 yr almost everyone at college has been trying to get me and my best friend together(we didnt make a big deal about it, just laughed it off) then yesterday hre sister started doing it and my friend now wants to talk about uswhat does she mean by that exactly?
November 2, 200916 yr She likes you. I ended up hanging out with that girl, we're doing it again this week. I told her I wasn't interested in being more than friends, at the moment the only way I see this going is us hanging out a couple times and me getting bored eventually because she doesn't say much.

November 7, 200916 yr Alright, I need advice.Basically, I'm going out with a girl I've known since 1st grade. I'm in 11th now, so it's been a while since I first met her obviously. We went to school together from 1st to 5th, then from 8th-11th. I started going out with her a few months ago, and things were going well, but she's been really depressed about her parents being general [bleep]es, one of her friends dying in a car accident, and other stuff. Long story short, yesterday she said she wanted to stop going out. I asked why, (this was over the phone) and the basic reasons were that:She thought that she was making me depressed and all because she tells me all of her problems with life, and compared to me she has a pretty tough life. She wasn't sure if it all could work out with us with all the [cabbage] that's been happening in her life. Then on top of this, she felt like she wasn't good enough for me or something like that. She said she couldn't figure out why I liked her compared to all the other girls, and she just felt like she didn't deserve me. The phone call ended with me having to get off the phone before we could talk about much more stuff. I really didn't want to go, but I didn't have a choice.I'm pretty much 100% sure she's not lying about her reasons, so it's not just her saying "it's not you, it's me" to end the relationship. She says she still likes me, and I still like her, but anyways, what should I do?

November 7, 200916 yr I guess it won't hurt to try to get advise from a different audience. I really have a problem in where I can never truly get a college girl to actually sit down and have a cup of coffee with me. First, there's the whole time issue. Sometimes, they never have the time to actually at the very least have some small talk with me. Then when they potential do have time, they stress about how they they have to do homework and other stuff they have to do. Since the whole "you can never get that crush you have in class in college" theory has been right so far (I will say I had some "success" but w/e). I thought I would try with a girl who's in a same student org. as me. It has worked so far as getting to know somewhat more about each other, but same issues keep occurring. We might say hi while we're heading to our classes, but never really time to actually sit down and chat about stuff (maybe like only twice.) Other times she busy with her job/hw or our schedule conflict too much where we can talk during school. One of my friend suggested to simply use Facebook, but really now? Maybe to actually set up a date, I guess. I fear that she might feel I'm not making a good enough effort though (when I feel I am.) If her friend is leaving this on her wall. thats ok (her name). yeah guy stuff .. blah ..haha oh well, you know. you live and learn. I really want to date this girl. She seems amazing and her love of soccer matches mine. I am Teh_King[My dA][My Last.FM][My Twitter]
