But then again, I'd probably be confused as to who I was if I ever switched up my avv or sig If it helps, I can revert back to Doctor Who-themed signature and avatar. Was planning to do it some time this week. Although the avatar is reasonable, I don't see how you can mistaken the signature. Randox
Nicely done Tim. And might even just be the calm thing that made him back down. People do have this thing they do where they act all calm right before they turn into the god damn Hulk, and its really easy to pick up when you hear it. The other thing is that if someone is yelling at you, and you don't yell back, then your sending the message that your not intimidated. If all he was trying to do was scare you off, and not actually fight you, this is like calling his bluff. So apparently a couple nights ago, my parents were driving home and the worlds dumbest deer jumping into their car. Not infront of it, but right into it. Apparently the damage starts a few inches behind the headlight (which is way to close to being in front of the car for comfort), and the dents continue back bast the door. It's a mini cooper, so the damage going back that far means it pretty much manage to hit the entire side, front to back, but at least the car [bleep]ing owned the deer (it died). I'd feel sorry for it, but honestly, the deer had it coming. How the [bleep] does it misjudge distance so badly that it jumps into a car. Also, if it had jumped a couple seconds earlier it could have killed them by going through the wind shield, so it deserves whatever death it got for that too. Amazing how a couple seconds is the difference between a potentially fatal accident, and the car driving away with only some cosmetic damage. Oh well, its still better than the person who lost control a few winters ago and crossed into my parents lane. Dad moved right over onto the shoulder (which I imagine is really fun to do on an icy road), but she still hit the front quarter of the SUV. Her car bounced off, and my parents SUV ended up doing a barrel roll, entirely in the air (the pictures showed only the hood took any top side damage. The roof never touched the ground), which also removed 3 wheels. Too many close calls. My accidents are sliding off a driveway backwards in winter, where my side mirror lost a battle with a large bush. Then some ass hat backed into me at a gas station, and I nearly had a heart attack when the car jumped 2 inches towards me right as I pulled the gas nozzle out. He only hit the door though, which was lucky for him, since insurance didn't even try to pin that on me (he hit a [bleep]ing parked car). And most recently, someone slammed on the breaks in front of me, and I stopped in time (with some anti-lock and screeching on dry pavement to boot), and the person behind me didn't. Easily the most minor accident yet. Aside from the backup light in the bumper being shattered, you could barely tell it had been hit (unless you were giving it a super close inspection). Those 5 mph bumpers actually do work at low speeds apparently (that's still a shit ton of force to be absorbed without permanent deformation, so I've always had my doubts). Riku3220
The only "accident" I've had is I've accidentaly backed my bumper into a guy's tire. Absolutely no damage to either car. I still can't believe I got so lucky.

Randox
In response to how I feel about the RSOF lately (even more than normal), I have finally decided to switch my avatar and signature. And yes, I am a huge Dilbert fan. My mind is just a catalogue of several years worth of Dilbert strips. I seriously own more than a decades worth of them. I also have the DVD's for the TV series (which is only 2 seasons :x ).

Sbrideau
Yeah, a thread for it would be fun to read. I don't even have driving stories because I've never had or been in an accident, and I've been driving since 2004.
Randox
I always take it as a good sign when a workplace allows Dilbert strips. My Dad is a manager, and he has a couple in his office. If he grew his hair out, he could totally be the Pointy haired boss for Halloween. What isn't a good sign is where my Mom works, where at least two times now she has talked about new management policies that are pretty much lifted directly out of the comic. The one I remember was a proposal to do the inventory management through the email system, which I always thought had to be made up. When she told me that I was like 'Mom, your totally living in a Dilbert comic right now', and then I showed her the strip in question (its the last one in the Sunday Strips anthology :P). Tim
Also while talking to a friend last night, he feels one reason to my insane mood swings is due to so much change happening in my life, happening very fast. I honestly wouldn't be surprised a bit. In saying that, im booking an appointment with a Dietician next week to sort out my body issues. It's hard trying to cut down on junk, but in saying that it's even harder when NO ONE BUYS ANYTHING HEALTHY TO USE OR EAT! >:C I've also started getting into watching an Anime called "Fairy Tail" Popoto.~<

Racheya
Today I'm visiting my parents so I can pick up a laptop to do a Windows Phone 7 Development session tomorrow. I'm rather excited about it, Microsoft are coming in to uni and I'm hoping to learn a lot. I'm not quite as excited to be using the laptop though - I have the nagging feeling it's going to be a bit slow running Visual Studio 2010 Professional. I wish Uni computers had Windows 7 already. Apparently the department wanted to change earlier but since the Uni-wide IT services took over our computers this year, everything has been kinda shit and we're going to have to wait like, a year before it's worked out ¬_¬ I edit for the [Tip.It Times]. obfuscator
Actually setting up the installation isn't the problem. It's proper integration that's the issue.
