June 21, 201214 yr I'm at the hotel that I'm staying at while I'm attending my college's NSO. There's absolutely no signal but thankfully there's free wifi. My bed is competing in a World's Least Comfortable Bed contest and I'm being blasted with heat by the dehumidifier next to me and the ceiling fan above me. My time at the hotel will not be the enjoyable part of this...
June 21, 201214 yr Oral exam for Latin in two hours. This one's basically the biggest and most important exam of this school year. I'm surprisingly calm. Still need to study some more. Starting tomorrow, it'll be nunc est bibendum for over two months.
June 21, 201214 yr June SAT scores came out today. Got a 1960. That's pretty good I guess, thought I would've done a little better though. I'm so bad at math. :wall:
June 21, 201214 yr I'm glad we don't do SATs here. I know that I would have done well on it, but my study habits were terrible in high school and it would have been pretty stressful. I just finished a project at work and sent it to my supervisor, but he is away until early next week. So I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to be doing right now. Hence the fact that I'm browsing TIF at work. I guess I will ask the grad student who works in the office with me if there's anything I can help him with.

June 21, 201214 yr I do, at least for every event Scott Adams has made a strip for. Though I have a tendency to use a lot of older strips because I'm more familiar with them (as in, the ones I have in my book collection that I have read at least 5 times each). Excavator clearing out a lot across from us, guess someone is finally developing that land (there are still a few empty lots on our road). And now my bedroom smells like a barbecue lighter, because the exhaust is drifting in through my window <_< It's also managing to smell like fire, but I'm not sure how that works since last time I checked, it wasn't running on wood. Someone must be having a bonfire.

June 22, 201214 yr Had a great day today. It being my birthday, it's supposed to obviously lol. Dad bought me my first beer which was awesome and I also got a very special gift from him.[hide=][/hide] The necklace is stainless steel, and has onyx gems on it. It made me cry to be honest. Came home, watched some of the NBA finals with father before he went to work. All and all, a great day. June 22, 201214 yr Taking a 1 week trip to Montreal, came by car yesterday and now am in Montreal for the week. Can't wait to see what I'll be doing with the friend I came here with, since I'll be with his other friends as well. Pretty different that my little place in NB LOL. Also got a fun surprise, college grades are out, and I have an average of 91% for this semester. Sweet. Only one course doesn't have the grade out yet, and it might bring down my average.
