I've always wondered this though, i know the Crew do mainpage stuff, and mods forum stuff, So do the admins do both? It's hard to describe exactly what Admins do. As I've come up through the moderators I still do a lot of moderating things I did as a Super Moderator but on top of that have to make sure the forum is working correctly, any problems etc. get sorted. I assume as N_Odie came up through the Crew he'll still be doing a lot of crew related things but will be able to help out with moderator things if he's needed, as I will help out with Crew/Website things if I'm needed to. Basically we just make sure the site and forum are functioning on top of whatever responsibilities we had previously.

Not only has there been a recent withdrawal of admins, but I'm sure they wouldn't have given the status to the newest two admins had it not been warranted and well deserved.
