June 20, 200917 yr Author The Hangover I was a bit dissapointed. The movie didn't really succeed in keeping my interest. Also, the best jokes were in the trailer already. So, it was a not too interesting comedy which wasn't very funny either. Too bad, I had pretty high expectations. On thursday, a friend introduced me to the t.v. series Coupling, we saw the entire first season and it was really great. Lots of laughs. Signature by Maurice SendakWhen the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore!
June 20, 200917 yr On thursday, a friend introduced me to the t.v. series Coupling, we saw the entire first season and it was really great. Lots of laughs. That show right there, is old [Relatively]. Ben Miles is great though. And so is Sarah Alexander. Didn't know that you hadn't been introduced to it. Knowing you and your lust for entertainment. :D
June 21, 200917 yr Well I saw Night at the Museum 2 at the Cinema (becuz of my sister and because X-men:Origions of Wolvorine was gone) Home: Wedding Crashers i think it was.
June 21, 200917 yr The day the earth stood still - Pretty boring. Twilight - I liked it, it was nice. The Dark Knight - With so may saying it was good, I wanted to see it, I guess I expected a bit more. But not bad. Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End - It was a good movie. I'm certainly seeing: Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. And I'd like to see: The Hangover. "A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do"[Currently playing: K1ll L1f3]
June 21, 200917 yr Author RoboCop Paul Verhoeven on his best (together with the horribly misunderstood Showgirls). Violent and satirical as always. Knowing you and your lust for entertainment. :D Yea, it's like 10 years old or something. I knew the series, but for some reason I never wanted to watch them (I guess the cover of the DVD wasn't attracive). A couple of months ago I showed my friend the League of Gentlemen, and he liked it so much. He asked if I had seen Coupling and wanted to show it to me. Turned out pretty good. Ordered the box of the series last friday. :P Signature by Maurice SendakWhen the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore!
June 21, 200917 yr The day the earth stood still - Pretty boring. Recently saw that one too, I guess not really my type of movie. Also saw Yes Man.
June 21, 200917 yr Year One with Jack Black and Michael Cera. A few parts made me laugh, but the rest of the movie was basically penis jokes.
June 22, 200917 yr Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian- The better of the two this weekend, even though Ben Stiller isn't exactly a favourite of mine. 7/10 Land of the Lost- Also good, although not as good. A bit like Journey to the Center of the Earth. Although I kind of wish John C. Reilly replaced Danny McBride. 6/10 And from a while ago: The Hangover- My sister and I went and I enjoyed it, although I have seen better this year. 8/10
June 22, 200917 yr Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Found it to be a quite enjoyable movie. Action scenes were well done and could be understood better than in the first (since it was more open spaces, except Shanghai). My only complaint is I sat in the wrong place and some kid next to me thought it'd be fun to say what is happening at times, and try naming the Transformers (He said Starscream wrongly about 5 damn times). Eventually, an adult with them (parent maybe, I'm not going to assume though) told them to eventually be quiet, once, near the end. Honestly, I felt like telling the kid to "Shut the [bleep] up!". God, it happened during the Simpsons Movie, except those kids looked only about 5. Though it was quite humourous to hear a couple of guys in front of me reacting to the scene where they are running in the desert (Any male who has seen this knows what I mean). Again, we're looking at another film being released because of the ending, but hell, if Mudflap and Skids return in it, I won't complain. Denizen of Darkness| PSN= sworddude198

June 23, 200917 yr Author -.- Sunuva! How I envy you. :P I had to obtain it illegally and ask a friend for it. Really? It wasn't very expensive. 15 pounds, for all seasons. That's a good deal. :) After RoboCop I saw two other movies that day.. Week End Pretty sharp movie again from Godard. It's really dark and angry but also very funny at times. Lots of experiment with the music and in this movie he uses a lot of text. The movie is also full of ideas, some interesting, others are not. Sometimes it gets a bit tedious, but then the next part is interesting again. It goes really fast as well, watching this movie more than once really helps, I think. The Mole People Pretty cool sci-fi adventure from the fifties (they are fun!). I loved the introduction with the professor explaining all kind of things about how the earth was perceived and the possibility of life inside the earth. Going to see Transformers 2 tonight. I'm planning to go also, but at a later stage - probably this coming weekend with a few friends.
June 23, 200917 yr Author Yeah. It's not so much as the price, but instead actually finding it. Ah, oké. I don't know where you operate from (Australia or something?), but I got it from Amazon.co.uk. Signature by Maurice SendakWhen the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore!

June 25, 200917 yr I saw The Proposal last night. [hide=Possible Spoilers]I thought it was a great movie. It was HILARIOUS! The whole audience was cracking up the whole time. I LOVED the chant/dance scene :XD: My only gripe is that the character development was pretty bad. You could sort of see the girl beginning to fall for Andrew, but it never felt like Andrew was really falling for the girl until like the last 5 minutes. Of all things, it looked like he was falling for Gertrude all over again. But suddenly at the end, it's like apparently he likes her. But despite that, it was a great movie and worth seeing.[/hide] - 99 fletching | 99 thieving | 99 construction | 99 herblore | 99 smithing | 99 woodcutting - - 99 runecrafting - 99 prayer - 125 combat - 95 farming - - Blog - DeviantART - Book Reviews & Blog
June 25, 200917 yr Watching (more listening to) Rush R30 dvd at the moment. Good performance, and i like the live-sound of some of the older songs - they get more "fat". Otherwise i've mostly been watching Simpsons, Futurama and Family Guy of late. Latest movie was Black Hawk Down, it was very good.
