Blood Diamonds (History Channel).

It was very interesting. About how diamonds paid for war and crimes in Sierra Leone.

 

It seemed like pretty neutral. The majority of documentaries are made with a left-view and some with a right-view. Very few are neutral (atleast this documentary seemed neutral).

If you've seen it a few times and want to watch it again but want something different then listening to the commentary is pretty fun. The one with Brad Pitt/Edward Norton/David Fincher is the good one. The other commentary has a few random people that weren't really all that interesting.

Just bought and watched Commentary! The Musical! which is a sequellish kinda thing to Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, in the form of (duh) a musical commentary.

 

It was awesome, as good if not better than ze Sing-Along Blog itself. ;D

 

You can find ze songs on Youtube, they're all up on the Commentary The Musical account, but they dun have video clips accompanying zem, so they're not as good as ze real thing.

They really only mention what is on screen two or three times throughout the entire musical, so you can listen to most of them without having the video accompanying and still get the same effect. Marissa's (she has been funny on Dollhouse lately too) song is probably my favourite, followed my $10 solo.

Law Abiding Citizen - Violent/action filled, but a very good movie.

I saw Pulp Fiction finally. Freaking awesome. Second scene is like my favorite scene ever.

Recently I've watched...Where the Wild Things Are (Bleh!!!), Memento (Pretty good, messes with your head), Requiem for a Dream (good but a bit exaggerated), Paper Heart (A 'documentary' about love and how the female protagonist doesn't believe in love but then she ends up falling in love), it was okay.

I saw Pulp Fiction finally. Freaking awesome. Second scene is like my favorite scene ever.

Might as well watch all five RD, PF, Jackie Brown, Kill Bill and Inglorious Basterds. They are all good to watch at least once.

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (I think... It was the sixth one where they find out about horcruxes.)

 

I found it pretty interesting. I remember the 5th one nearly put me to sleep because nothing really happens, but this one was good at keeping my attention.

Edit: Oh yea.. saw Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs, and Planet 51 at the drive in the other night. Both rather good, but not quite as entertaining as I would've liked for.

 

Planet 51 degraded to the point of facepalming the plot near the end.. it's almost like they just.. wrote it in a rush to get it over and done with.

 

Cloudy.. well, just no. I'm starting to get sick of the 'happy ending' where the world is saved by the skin of its teeth. it's about time the world is saved, but not before something goes to ruin.. yea it's a kids movie but still.. i was hoping for more.

• I've seen like 90% of this. I saw it in theaters when it first came out and loved it... but then the movie broke in like the last 15 or 20 minutes when it gets really intense and everything starts to make sense... So I'm watching it again to see the ending.

Why do I always miss these awesome zombie flicks when they're on BBC? Please, somebody explain.

Inglourious Basterds - Quentin Tarantino never dissapoints :thumbsup: An amazing movie, definitely worth seeing.

 

Public Enemies - It was alright. I'd give it 6/10.

 

Dolan's Cadillac - Another Stephen King adapted film. I enjoyed it, it was a very short film in which a lot happened which I liked.
