May 14, 201016 yr I did use one a while ago. But that was only because it was included with swiftkit and easy to access while playing RS. I had a lot of funny moments there, and the people in the chat were just overall cool people. But since i don't use swiftkit anymore, i don't access the chat. So i vote rarely. Hexiled Razz. Player since March 8th, 2005.

May 14, 201016 yr In RuneScape, I tended to use IRC a lot for RuneScript when I used to play and occasionally use it now for keeping up with an old clan. I do use it a lot at the moment though outside of RuneScape as we've got quite a popular IRC Channel for Edinburgh Uni's computing students, got a nice, friendly atmosphere and IRC clients are usually nice and lightweight so aren't obtrusive. :)

I only seem to do it when I either get really bored, don't want to go on rs, or have a pressing matter on my mind. :huh: Of course, I find it depressing that most nobody talks in #runescape on irc.tip.it ... :( ~D. V. "They need to talk more..." Devnull and normally with a cool mind.(Warning: This user can be VERY confusing to some people... And talks in 3rd person for the timebeing due to how insane they are... Sometimes even to themself.)
