I don't know why they did it. If they're looking for money, I can tell them I don't have any as I'm a student. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over 4 years of RuneScape. Skills that I have worked hard for and people like them can't take them away. If they give me my particles back now, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for them, I will not pursue them. Idk about you, but I think the drapes make the skillcapes look too bulky and causes most of your equipment to graphically mess upa bit...

July 24, 201015 yr There are quite a lot of people in Runescape who would rather have a nice looking outfit over a 100% practical outfit. Just take Dragon armour for example, Barrows armour is better and cheaper but people still buy it and wear it because it looks nice (or to show off their wealth). For the most part skill capes look nice and usually there's one for every combination of items you wear.Also people take pride in what they have achieved, wether it be 99 Cooking, 99 Slayer or all Quests complete so they wear the respective cape. July 24, 201015 yr I'm not really sure why people wear them anymore either. I've heard of F2P'ers buying members just so they can go get that str or range cape and put it on, and stay f2p with that cape on forever :/ seems silly to me
