Why would it require a dungeoneering level and have nothing to do with Daemonheim?Dungeoneering isn't only Daemonheim... IMO at least. Mainly because a reward of DG experience would actually be pointless (assuming the quest takes a relatively long amount of time to complete). Also, Jmods have mentioned adding extra bind slots as quest rewards in past Q&A's.
