You may think there is, but once you get there, when you're not looking, somebody'll sneak up and write "(bleep) you" right under your nose. Try it sometime. I think, even, if I ever die, and they stick me in a cemetery, and I have a tombstone and all, it'll say "Holden Caulfield" on it, and then what year I was born and what year I died, and then right under that it'll say "(bleep) you."

May 13, 200620 yr I'd just keep on playing. It's not like any of the new updates have affected me... really? barrow gloves and monkfish have completed changed the way i train combat in runescape... Also the ess changes stopepd me from RCing, all the new servers have made it nice and not crowded etc. I really wouldn't care that much though, I'm going just fine personally and i don't need any updates to help me, infact if anything they just distract me (although those monkfish have distracted me for the better, 1.7k monks in about 3 days is pretty awsome). since i'm f2p, it wouldn't affect me... actually f2p are getting quite a few updates lately. May 13, 200620 yr since i'm f2p, it wouldn't affect me... actually f2p are getting quite a few updates lately. i think he is referring to actual gameplay updates, rather than graphical updates. graphical updates do not really change the way that people play the game, it just gives us something nice to look at. so, +1 for not affecting me.

The members who believe that they are entitled to an update every week will flood the 'Rants' section of the forums. 2. General acceptance amongst the community will occur when people realize that they have time to finally 'mine that 10k gold'. 3. A vast majority of the RS populus would leave. That's good too; I'm sure that the players could make good use of the freed up bandwidth. May 13, 200620 yr Well since I'm F2P, the only updates since I started have been holiday stuff and graphics. Not much effect on my gameplay, just spent some time one day to get the holiday items. Oh and the essence update which I lost about 800k on. So actually, the updates are doing me more harm than good as far as I remember. Though obviously realise that I don't contribute to Jagex so I shouldn't complain. I would just carry on as normal if they stopped updating. 89/99 farming

Retired 2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks.
May 13, 200620 yr I would find things for me to do, get my skills up, do some things I've never done before in RS. But, yeah eventually get bored of it in the end. No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.
