I'm not sure what happened to Empror, I haven't seen him log on in forever, I can't find his blog on any of the fansites it was previously on, I think he might have quit again. One of my friends in SU (his clan) told me that he's inactive until the 12th, she was trying to beat him to 99 mining and be the first in SU with 99 mining. Anyway, I'm pretty sure he hasn't quit again. As far as who the best is, I'm not really sure, and as so many people have mentioned, having a tip.it account doesn't make you a tip.iter, and the question can also be answered based on a lot of criteria. April 9, 200719 yr I know Uloveme and Yogosun both have accounts here. Yogosun was nice enough to post a video of him showing all 99 capes. But it all depends on your definition of "best" player. Are you going by most 99s? Highest Exp? longest time playing rs? most respected? most helpful? the list goes on... Tip.it is full of a bunch of "best" players. That's why tip.it is so great. Nah, you know what's great about Tip.it? The average IQ here is about 75 higher than that of the average 'Scaper. \ I agree. And also, I think he means active members, zezima, n0valyfe, zzzamorak have all posted before, but I wouldn't describe them members because they only post like once a year.
