Jagex has always claimed 3rd Party Clients ILLEGAL. Why now, when they just 'updated' a rule you complain like wild monkies!? SS was always illegal and you deserve what you got!

Actually it did give u an advantage but it wasnt enough for the longest time for them to do anything about for what i understand. But as of recently idk whats made them change there stance. All I can do is guess that they found somthing *appearntly with the chat* that they didnt like. So now its bye bye SS

It did not help you ingame. Therefore it did not give advantages. It just condenced guides and things so they were closer together. Ingame, there were no advantages. The world switcher did not allow you to bypass the 30 second world switching limit. It just made it easier to get to the screen but you still had to wait as long as anybody to login.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There isn't much I can do about it. I'm just sad to see such a great program go to waste because some stupid kids told someone there passwords over IRC.

Theres no link on the White Text, so you cant go into the Log-In Screen. For us non-SS users we have to refresh it over and over until it turns regular-color. Then it might get full again and wait until I can log on.

So you, by using swiftswtich, can click it to retry world 2...15 times at 5 second intervals I think it is while you go fix a drink and those who log in to RS in the normal manner have to refresh at the keyboard. There are tools that do contain keyloggers, do contain viruses and are unsafe to use. But how about a little research before using a tool? Before I started using SS I asked alot of friends, visited alot of websites and even very famous

 

 

 

fansites that supported SS. Well, I was quite sure it was safe and took the risk of using the LEGIT 3rd party tool, after I asked Jagex if it was allowed to use a world switcher that did not give an unfair advantage in the game. They said it

 

 

 

was fine! I was aware of the risk, and I took the risk. I've been using SS over a year, and never got hacked.

 

 

 

There are people that say, that the tool is unsafe due to the chat features. Alot of tool-advertising is done in chats

 

 

 

like those, and Jagex cannot check those chats. Well, there are [wagon]es around, that have a tool, and still visit other

 

 

 

websites and download/install tools that were advertised in those channels. Due to those people, that get hacked becouse

 

 

 

they did not use their brains, and started complaining at Jagex, we are no longer allowed to use this tool.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If people use 3rd party tools, they know they are at risk. They know they can get hacked, and they still try it without

 

 

 

researching. Well, then don't complain! There are alot of people that know how to use a tool like SS on a safe way. Those

 

 

 

people loved the features of those tools. And now we will have to use around 4 or 5 different sources to find details

 

 

 

or calculate our progresses, while SS give it to us in one singe tool.
