Barrows will not be affected. In fact, it's better off because you can sell your loot on the GE while simultaneously doing more barrows. Go in the KB about the GE and learn the controls, and you will find doing barrows a bit more efficient.

Use them for ranged xp (pc is a really fun use), and do red salamanders to 66. Red chins are too slow at 63.

Magic and moneymaking don't go in the same sentence unless alchemy is involved. So, I would suggest having a go at crafting your own runes to make it cheaper. Of course, be sensible and get a battle/mystic staff alongside with perhaps mystic robes (get the blue type unless you're feeling adventurous).

It's always a good investment to buy a rare, no matter how things are looking (well, ok, maybe unless it was declared that they were going to be untradable). No matter what happens, they will go up in the long term.

The problem is that refusing to do quests, alongside a pretty tight price range severely limits your options. For now I'd suggest forgetting about the cape (Obby cape doesn't have as good a cost to bonus ratio as other items you're missing), and have a go at all recipe for disaster quests up to the point where you're stuck. I know you don't want to do it, but it's worth your time. Seriously. Ice gloves are terrible if you are at the stage where you have a whip. I'm nowhere near to having a whip and yet I have addy gloves (<3:). By your stats, you have a good set of money making skills (WC-76, Fletch-70, Mine-80), so use them a bit more. In fact, you could set yourself a goal to get a skillcape, and that would solve your little cape problem. I would also forget about a combat enhancing ring because decent ones are costly. If you want to make a bit more money while strength training, then perhaps try slayer with a ROW?

no one would collect/buy 1million buckets for 1m. that would take forever, and If they bought the buckets it would cost more than one million gold. +1. Dirk could probably have easily made several million gp himself before he managed to get his paws on a million buckets. What's happened is that the RWTer has received real money for nothing because the customer has done 1 mill gp's worth of work, and received his pay for his efforts. Besides, the GE prices aren't perfect yet, and perhaps there is a need for some decimal place value (ie. a tenth of a gp) for items such as buckets, because with items like this which are bought in bulk, the difference between 1 gp each and 2gp each is huge. Anyway, unbalanced trade hasn't come in yet at 100%, so RWTing still exists. It's just that most of them have got the idea and packed up and left. In conclusion, there is nothing illegal here, because Dirk isn't paying for his money. He's just paying.

Yikes. So, is this number a, uh, 'fact' of Java? Or is it simply a limitation of this version of Java, which can be doubled in the future, like the RAM capacity of computer? Is there a more effective method other than producing two (or if you're really lucky, three) numbers which you have to add together yourself? Could you get an external program to do the addition automatically to be re-sent to Java? I'm not exactly a Java gaming expert, so I don't really understand how it works. It's a great idea though, and would be fairly useful. If there is a simple way around this problem, then you have my support.

I think laws which protect the criminal more than the victim are complete [cabbage]. We in the UK are allowed to use, I think the word is 'appropriate', force. It's so ambiguous, and I think that you should be allowed to use whatever force necessary as long as it doesn't involve a lethal weapon. What makes me laugh is that American laws allow people to have guns in order to defend themselves, and yet it means that the criminals can easily obtain guns for the purpose of raiding your house at gunpoint. I know it sometimes happens here in the UK, but it's so much worse in the USA. I think the USA goes too far, and the UK doesn't go far enough.

Somehow, I don't see summoning as a class. I think there is going to be magic based summoning, ranged based summoning and melee based summoning. There will be issues if for example a magic based player without any ranged ability will be able to summon a ranging monster whilst maging their opponents themselves. It will rip the combat triangle to shreds. More on topic: I don't see any negative issues with raising the max CB level which can't be easily fixed.

I'd say clan chat and the end of RWTers + RWTing bots + gold farmers.

Hmm, they may rearrange the skills interface, but that's nothing new. I wouldn't be surprised if they moved other skills while they're at it so that related skills are next to each other. So, in a row, ranged could be on the left, fletching in the middle, and then woodcutting on the right. Agility could be next to theiving, Hunter next to summoning, runecrafting next to magic... It's probably impossible though. Well, I can't work it out, there seem to be too many links.
