  1. Ever since the lobster noting updating for F2P players by the NPC Stiles at Musa Point, prices have plummeted.
  2. Oh wow, how long did that take you? Nice job, I'd keep one of those on my desk if I knew how to make them.
  3. I run Runescape perfectly fine at max fps with my Radeon 5850. Besides Radeon cards are less expensive and still run great. Anyways for a little over $200 before taxes you could get this card which is one of the top Radeon models. Or if you're looking for something a bit cheaper there's this or this.
  4. Yeah some people will try anything, so the best thing that everyone else can do is just to stay alert and don't be fooled. "If something is too good to be true, it probably is." If long time players see something like this happening they can always step in and help reveal the scam, that ways newer players will be a little more safer. :)
  5. Well it takes about 2 seconds to check where they are teleporting you when the screen pops up, and if it's into the wilderness just be smart and click decline teleport.
  6. They're still in the wild but inside the chaos tunnels themselves it is a safe zone. So unless you go through Surok's tunnel you'll have to go through the wild to get to them. However once inside no one can attack you.
  7. A lot of the daily/weekly activities really add up and can be easy profits. I just don't have the motivation to do a lot of them as it isn't really fun collecting all the freebies. I do however do the circus, penguins, TOG, and MTK once a week if I have time but if not then oh well. They're nice for those who want to do them but they can take up way too much time if you make it a weekly/daily routine.
  8. This is a great idea. It would be especially fun on multiplayer servers working together with other players.
  9. Merged topics together. Welcome back Jon! :)
  10. I'm pretty sure they don't delete inactive accounts but rather ones with little to no rep. I'd assume if the server was full they wouldn't be able to get back on that server even if they had an account there originally that got deleted. I haven't had any experience with this though so these are mostly just assumptions based on logic/what I understand they are doing.
  11. Last year they did some server migrations so it may have been to some better hardware. I haven't really noticed much difference but maybe that's because I had fairly low ping to begin with.
  12. Hi there welcome to Tip.it & back to Runescape. :) I've moved this to the Help & Advice forum as it's the place for all questions that you may have regarding what's new and such. A lot has happened over the past couple of years, so rather than list them all here I'm just going to suggest you take a quick glance through some of the game updates here.
  13. Gandorf61 replied to Frogg's topic in RuneScape Media
Well some may argue that extremely competitive playing is what makes it fun for them. I prefer to just play a little more laid back like you said, but that's not to say I wouldn't like to have some of the pro skills Frogg has though. :P
  14. The master mining cape and the newer revision of the slayer cape look fantastic!
  15. Just throwing this out there but this is a pretty cool mod to use. It's like having invedit without ever having to leave the game. :)
  16. Haha awesome glitch! Reminds me of the candy cane spin glitch only a hundred times more epic. :D
  17. I'm not sure if it needs to be split up that much again but if activity does start to pick up once more then perhaps making the Marketplace a main forum with "Buying" "Selling" and "Item Lending" as subforums would be a good idea. With the GE in place having no restrictions I don't think we'll ever see the marketplace back to the activity it had pre-2008.
  18. If it's a laptop you won't be able to upgrade the graphics card or pretty much any other part. Also moving this to tech and computers as it's more suited for there. ;)
  19. 1902 o.O What bolts were you using? Ruby bolts (e)? Grats on getting a Quest cape!
  20. This is such a simple yet great idea I can't believe it wasn't thought of before. Hopefully it isn't too hard to implement as I can see it being useful for users to create links to the RSOF while still stopping scammers from posting fake links.
  21. 1920x1080 50fps max settings in most places. When I go into crowded areas it can vary from 30-40fps but I really don't notice the difference too much anyways.
  22. I've had this happen every once in a while too. Nothing near as bad as what you posted but it does get messed up a bit. I usually just refresh the page and it fixes itself, not sure if it's a problem on Jagex's end or ours. Do you use Firefox perchance?
  23. I've moved your topic to the Graveyard as that's the place to post all pking screenshots and videos. :)
  24. Best post in this thread. In all honesty it really doesn't matter but it seems pretty obvious that Jagex have already decided to make the implementation and the whole poll business was just a publicity stunt to attract members and support. So if you do look at it from that standpoint they are certainly not incompetent because they know how to get exactly what they want from their players.

Hmm I kind of see what you mean about the ship, maybe if there were more explosions in the background? Seems kind of peaceful there right now. I really like her pose and expression though!
