  1. Q.E.D. : Geek! WTF is Q.E.D, anyways?
  2. Reported and also sent message to Jagex, enjoy your ban. Refer to sarcasm thread. Yes, spam ftw.
  3. Understatement of the year. May I sig that?
  4. Answer to topic: (Next to) nothing, because Jagex will screw it up. Or they'll plummet for the same reason.

[bleep] YOU Bleep bleep! IQ not found!
  6. When you post topics like this.
  7. Sure I do, but you have to be careful. Jagex hates humor and rewards it with a ban every time. Same as wannabe pmods. I generally use sarcasm on beggars when I'm not bored enough to lead them into the Lumbridge swamp, though I also use it on any other idiot who may cross my path.
  8. Since I wouldn't ever rant, protest, riot or even post on the RSOF ever, it won't really affect me, but I'm still curious as to what the hell this page51 monster is.
  9. The fact that Jagex is now openly huggling the little kids and entirely ignoring older and higher-level players is fail at its best, but as long as it doesn't affect me (my parents won't enforce my RS-ing during the holidays and I'm mature enough to know where's the limit in "school time", thank you very much - I'm talking about changing prices etc. here) I won't care too much. I just hope one of my better friends (13) won't be affected, that's all.

Yea, I so agree. You're picking the wrong forums though, the RANTS forum is filled with Jagex fanboys

your one of "them" i will tell you the same thing i tell all of "them". if you dont like what JageX did quit already and stop complaining. they didnt take anything away from you, you are no richer nor any poorer irl. they can do w/e they please it is their game and their company If you like this game, play it and stop complaining about those who don't like it. I didn't take anything away from you, you are no richer nor any poorer IRL. You can think whatever you please, it's my opinion and my time wasted. Inappropriate language removed ~DarkDude

Honestly, I might be alone, but I say, they can RWT for all I care now. The wildy is gone, they can't suck out much more from this game until the mass quittings continue.
  13. It's pretty weird to judge a post by how usable they are. Your posts are all useless if we go along the same track, they might bring a useless discussion but it won't affect my life or my RS experience. Come on now.
  14. Skiller = dunno. I never got these, I mean, it must be so much harder to make a lvl 3 skiller, you can't go in the scorpion pit! Ultimately it's not a big achievement though since not all training methods are dangerous. Maybe a lvl 3 combat skiller^^ Pures = combat minigames? And when RuneScape will be led by a new guy (hopefully after MechScape comes out) the next guy may have the smarts to bring back the wildy. A simple combat items only could have solved the RWT problem for the most part...

Wait... getting a mystery box could work against the chaos elemental. If you don't have curries or something else that leaves bowls etc. behind, then get a mystery box and it will fill up the space!
  16. But it's better to stay in the 10-pt zone for the whole game than to tank in the center for 1,5 mins, and it's certainly better to use the whole map instead of dying to much lower levels in short order. One level 112 (I think) I defeated - he stayed at the edge until I ran at him, then he used his teleorb (not smart, but his decision). After that, he stayed in the center, and I got him in 1 minute - earth blasting and rune scimmying after each other. Then I avoided him for 8 minutes and got almost 2x as many charges as him (it was a bit below 1000 for him), mostly staying in the 15-21 pt zone near the portal chambers. He promised me that next time he'll kill me in 10 secs. As if. Tanking in F2P didn't bring much merit for anyone so far, because those who think their impressive level 100+ will protect them against mid-60s and lower will get killed quick. I don't imagine how tanking in P2P is better - in P2P dealing damage is much easier with poison, special attacks etc., while different armors don't bring enough defense to counteract all these.
  17. I assume I can be kinda selfish here. 1. Fletching 2. More, more and more bank space 3. Chaos altar - after all, chaos is a F2P rune too, or not? 4. Skill capes 5. WILDY BACK NAO
  18. Melee: whatever I fancy. Often mossies so that I can get negligible prayer exp while training. Ranged: dark wizards in wildy lv7. Magic: mostly failcursing, sometimes superheat training.
  19. So because Jagex wants to keep the game clean, they're some sort of a paranoid dictator? You'd expect to see this analogy with anti-RWT measures, but NO, it's about offensive language now. #-o
  20. What's suicide in F2P to take the high levels too? F2P also has food, trees and protect prayers. I can take down a revenant of equal level and still have prayer points and food left.
  21. Nice choice of countries. Next thing we know, Honduras and Ivory Coast will get pay by phone as well.
  22. I think you can see the difference in speed over time, this is apparent with high fish like lobs, sharks etc. One or two levels won't make any noticeable difference though.

I do it all the time, it's a great tactic. *hides* One possible way, if you're at least close in fighting power, is if you're in a multizone, attack the same monster as him.
  24. You said yourself that people here say the Tip.it community is full of intelligent people. I personally always found this as rather arrogant, elitistic, disrespectful. Some local patriot compared Tip.it's intelligence to "an oasis in the RS desert". How stupid! Like the rest of the population is stupid. The word I use for Tip.it is "overrated" - at first it might seem like friendly and nice, but really it's no better than other forums. I don't completely get what you're talking about when you're saying that Tip.it has too much topics that rely on logic, but I think that you're trying to tell us something about there being too few "casual" discussions. This is obvious, there are flamewars everywhere, how are we meant to have a good discussion? There is this opinion I formulated, however, that if there is a forum for the game, its community will be similar to the game's community. One old ASCII-based roguelike, I was hard-pressed to find a single troll on those forums, and it was on some old page. On RS forums, I'm yet to see one which isn't ridden with flamewars, idiots, etc. (and is reasonably active at the same time) The best, I find, are the smaller forums where there is a hard core of members, which means that newcomers may have a hard time but if you don't break their house rules, you may have fun on that forum since you'll have that whole hard core as your friends.

    I'm sure it does.
