200M in all Skills
I remember maybe 5 weeks ago, you "crashed" a TIFer at bandos, and when he didn't just give up, you said something along the lines of "If you don't leave, I will give your name to my friends" And you followed up by saying, "Name given. Enjoy the rest of your RS experience." How exactly do you justify this? I believe you also said something about him not rising to your caliber as an rs player, or something to that effect. Oh, and totally unrelated, but how did you avoid getting banned for botting while you were summoning? Did Jmods drop by every now and then to make sure you were logged in? I know they say they watch strange xp gains, and unusual play times.

black mask question plox
If you go somewhere that has lots of monsters, and is multicombat, you can uncharge it faster. I know a few people who use barbarian assault to uncharge it, and gain points or potential at the same time.

Noobs wear the funniest things!
[hide] Wrong thread, you're looking for the "noobs say the funniest things!" thread. [/hide] *Points to helmet and whip* The quote was my proof. I think I might have already put it in the "say" thread.

85 herb on a low budget
With 25m, you wont get much farther then 80 herblore. I would suggest that if you don't have enough money to get 85, maybe train slayer. Or something with really low xp per hour, like runecrafting or mining or something.

itam's HC diy'er thread
Gratz on the BCP. Have you gotten that last shard yet?

Noobs wear the funniest things!
And he told me At Brimhaven metal drags. He was lvl 115, I am 129. I was using z spear, super antifires, and extremes. He said this after standing in one spot for like 6 mins and coming back to find me killing a dragon he was moderately close to.

Using other players for your own benefit
Well I suppose if he's guilty of them all, then sure. Plenty of known PKers ask people to die for them for BH ranks. I dont think sparc does much of that. I mean, he doesnt turn down a free 76k, and I know it was common practice to get some 76ks after dying and gaining a substantial amount of dp before they nerfed 76king. I haven't seen him actually ask his subscribers for stuff like that tho.

200M in all Skills
You read the wrong 3 pages. We know this, it has been covered several times. Except that Skiller only has 5 skills at 200m. Drumgun is the one with 8 skills at 200m. Also, Skiller kept his total xp at the java integer for a bit as a joke. Zarfot is gaining rapidly on Skiller, and shows no sign of stopping. This is why people mention him a lot.

Chaotic Rapier vs Longsword
Also, the CLS doesn't let people eat 2 times in between every hit. They can eat twice in between the first 2 hits, and then only once in between the next 3. Works out to be 5 hits for you, and 6 pieces of food consumed for them, I believe.

Prices rise. Get over it.
I am farming as much as i can, and slowly obtaining herbs from ge :D Gonna try to swap the lanta and avantoe straight for papayas. :D

No idea what to get first. Pray Herb or Summ?
summoning first imo. I personally got herb 2nd, but i hear prayer is better.

Ring of vigour v zerker ring
It saves 10% of the amount of special bar it uses. So, 10% of 50 would be 5, so claw specs would use 45% spec. oh well then, nvm about that :( Would be nice to spec 3 times, but probably a bit overpowered.
-
Ring of vigour v zerker ring
if it saves 10% then claw specs only take 40%. So with one dose of spec restore, you could get 3 claw specs in a row. That could be decent for soloing bandos, or crashing someone or something.

Bonus Xp Weekend - September
I think it's kinda cool. Banks are gonna be overloaded with people doing herblore though. But w/e, I already have quite a bit of herblore supplies, so I might get that up some, or just sell it all for some easy cash :D

Returning lost dung rewards
ah,so we've found The problem at last. You can't be serious? Especially when three people have proved that it is muliple times on this thread? That's ignorance, my apologies if I offend. Just because tokens directly correlate with xp doesn't mean tokens are xp. Thats about your only argument. The amount of bloods you craft directly correlates with the xp you get. What you choose to do with your blood runes is the same as what you choose to do with your tokens. You can sell your runes and spend your reward on a giant sword that costs 100m+ and lose it. Thats your choice. Just as you can spend 200k tokens a medium sized but still really powerful sword and lose it. Functionally the same. I still yet to see a single reason why requireing you to spend more time on dung is an unfair cost to re-obtaining your CLS that don't involve inaccurate analogies. When you can find a way to earn tokens without earning dungeon xp, then what you say might become the case. There are many many many many ways I can earn rather large sums of cash without gaining any more experience then I already have. Cash is easy to come by, but xp is not. You MUST gain xp to re-obtain lost chaotic weapons. The most profitable money making method does not require any xp at all, and barely even requires you to be logged on. Being forced to gain xp to access a part of the game that you previously unlocked and subsequently lost is just silliness. That would be like buying a skill cape required 13m xp, and you could not buy another one till 26m xp. This is the same problem that the bonecrusher has, it requires 6.8x the xp to buy it then it does to use it. Why should the 2nd CLS you buy cost 400k tokens, when the first only cost 200k tokens? Before I laugh at you for saying the 2nd CLS only costs 200k tokens, please remember that in order to do anything for the 2nd time, you must have done it once already, therefore you must have bought a CLS for 200k tokens already. So, in order to buy a 2nd CLS, you must spend 400k tokens. And 2 CLS's does not increase you offensive capabilities, you can only wield one, so you can only gain the benefit of the first 2m xp you earned, not the full 4m xp. Why should you acutally have to gain 4m xp to get something that you already had?

SoL and arcstream
I was under the impression that your damage is actually Damage * 15% * 15% and not just Damage * 30%, if that makes any sense. the increase is additive, not multiplicative, so yes 30% he means 15% then 15% of the added. so 15% of 100 is 15. therefore 115 15% of 115 is.... Get me? This is why he said, "not multiplicative" The 15% boost adds to the other one. Damage * (15%+15%)

An Elitist's View on Crashing
Pretty sure I'm not. I just find it funny the lengths people have to go to to justify their crashing (I seriously lol inside every time someone mentions efficiency and fun). At any rate, I like your analogy. If someone is taking too long at the vending machine, push them out of the way. Yeah, that makes sense. It's possible to be a troll without realizing it Also, "rationalization" isn't necessarily bad. The most basic reason people crash is out of what you'll probably call "laziness" - but that's not inherently a bad thing. If it allows more valuable items to be created into the world, why not? It's really just a matter of perception of who "owns" the spot. There aren't a lot of solid reasons why the early bird deserves the spot. The most basic reason is simply convention. Analogy: a big company moves into a small town and outcompetes a small company. The intentions of the big company are to make more money - call this "Greed" if you want. But at the end of the day, society as a whole will prefer that the bigger company stay, rather than the small company. Why? Because the bigger company can offer better things at cheaper prices. At the end of the day, that's a lot more important to people than "politeness". Sidenote: Every dollar you spend at Walmart is a vote of your approval of them. No matter how much you hate their business practices and bad effects on local economies, you are essentially voting for them to stay by buying their products. You will find the "polite" people on this thread arguing against allowing wal-mart into the town at all, in many instances, I would be willing to bet. These polite people would prefer people spend much more on basic goods because the shops that exist do not have the revenue stream required to allow them to buy and sell in large quantities. WalMart is cheap because they can provide large quantities of items to the consumer at a very small cost. High level players at bandos, for example, can kill the boss very quickly, thus providing the market with a greater volume of bandos items at a faster rate. In essence, large quantities of bandos items for a fraction of the cost it would take much lower levels to obtain the same items. Keeping the price of all the armor down. This is the same effect that bots have on dragon bones.

Tip.It Times - 15th August 2010
yes, force teleports still exist. The common ones have been patched. I always thought it was just the people in the combat arena when Cursed You expelled them who continued to be able to attack people.
