  1. Welcome to Tipit. Unfortunately, you may find we aren't as susceptible to mass-brainwashing as your /b/tarded friends. By the way, please post a picture of a woman's bare chest or leave immediately.
  2. I am going to jump on the bandwagon and give Earthy some advice. If I sound rude, I'm sorry. Quit feeling sorry for yourself. If you get up in front of a crowd of people to recite a poem, and as you're walking up to the stage, you're thinking, "Oh [cabbage] this was a terrible idea, I'm gonna mess up, everybody will laugh", then you will mess up. Likewise, you shouldn't go around thinking "I'm a socially awkward freak who spends all his time on an online video game and asks for help from strangers on the internet", because you make yourself that person. As for being uncomfortable about your body, first of all, who cares? Nobody's perfect, and the people who seem perfect are made imperfect by their perfection. If the people around you seriously think the way you claim they do, then you have every right to be antisocial; but I doubt they do. People aren't naturally mean to each other, and if you meet someone who is, the people around him or her probably think he/she's obnoxious. Don't worry too much about what other people think, just be yourself. And by the way, last time I was given a percentage, about 40% of 18 year olds are virgins. That was a bit incoherent. In short, -the first step in learning to swim is jumping into the water. If you're worried you don't know how to party, go to a party. -forget about the virgin thing. Most of my 16-year-old friends are virgins -People won't judge you for being yourself, and if they do, don't worry, they're [wagon]. Oh, and go buy some 10-pound dumbells. Or whatever the things are called that you hold one in each hand. A few bicep curls a day and some sit-ups will have you feeling great in no time. If the self-criticism didn't completely destroy your confidence, the endless stream of advice will.
  3. I don't remember much, it was quite a while ago. I had heard the name from some random friend at a summer camp, and went on it one day out of boredom. I shared an account with my little brother. I was immediately in love with questing, although I didn't realize people wrote guides, so it took days just to complete one quest. I became P2P after completing all the F2P quests, and a few years later realized I had lots of quest points :D Went for the quest cape after that. Memories: -Spending days gathering all the items for Prince Ali Rescue, then attacking a wizard south of Falador (when there still were normal wizards there) and getting killed. Then running back and getting taunted by some random guy who picked up the stuff. -Showing a friend the game, letting him use my account, and watching him get killed by goblins in Lumbridge Swamp with my newly-acquired amulet of accuracy. -Killing cows south of Falador. To this day I still hate most skill training. I was probably level 20 for at least 3 years.
  4. n00bs. [spoiler=My setup] It's not much, but somehow I manage. When I'm not using it for Runescape, I browse the internet, spy on 30 million people, and hunt down psychopaths. Sometimes I worry the screens are too close when I'm typing though. I'm thinking about getting some sort of extension cord so I can sit a bit farther back.
  5. New skill=management I guess. Like squad controlling, similar to many FPS games. Tricky hint, but with a bit of thought I saw through it. Shoulda seen it earlier tbh, WGS is full of hints about it.
  6. The cake is a pie. I dunno, "Pie or death" just doesn't have the same ring to it.
  7. I follow people around asking for money-making tips until they just give me my trade limit. It's quite effective.
  8. Sorry to jump in without reading all the posts, or even the most recent ones, but some of those are just massive. I noticed you were saying there can be no proof either way in the God/ no God arguement. When you have removed all other possibilities, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth. I know for certain that the religious works, such as the Bible, the Quran, etc., are created by man. Therefore, they cannot be trusted as proof, and most of them have massive fallacies which their respective theists attempt to escape by saying, "Oh, it was just a metaphor". This means that if a God exists, he is almost definitely not the god depicted in modern religions. What logical support remains for God? We can say with almost complete certainty that God was created by man as a solution to those questions that have no answer. As we answer these questions, proof of God is disproved, until all you have left is an idea and a bunch of ridiculous traditions. It is impossible to prove God exists. Therefore, he cannot exist. Somebody mentioned Bigfoot; can you prove he doesn't exist? Of course not, but you can disprove any quack who shows up with a home-made footprint. Should we accept him as a possible organism? Technically, sure, that .0001% of uncertainty has a right to be heard. But should he be put on the endangered species list? Or taught about in Biology classes? What is the difference between Bigfoot and God?
  9. Confession: I skip over the long, well-developed posts in a thread, but stop to read the ones that look like they might be trolling. Regret: I have skipped writing four papers for school because I'm too busy with pointless games and forums. Secret: I don't really regret that. To the posts above (because I don't know how to quote in an edit): A non-believer!! Burn her at the stake!
  10. Title was great, content was boring. Oh, there will be Halloween this year? Jagex is going to do an event? They never cease to surprise me. It was many and many a year ago... wait, no, that can't be right.
  11. I laugh at how the majority of this people talk about "immature kids" and "the new generation". It's like how a 40-year-old could say "I hate kids" referring to 20-year-olds, a nearby 20-year-old could agree referring to 15-year-olds, and a 15-year-old could agree referring to some troll that seemed young. I once spent half an hour at Lletya mage trees trying to convince some noob that cutting the same tree will only result in more logs for both of us. When he refused to believe me, I simply cut whatever tree he switched to. We both went a significant amount of time trying to fool the other into either sharing a tree or not sharing a tree, until I finally told him to just test it. We would each take our own tree, and then we would share the last one, and he could count the logs. His tree fell after the first log. Due to his lack of knowledge of probability, he believed me after that. I later learned that he was a grown man with 2 kids and a good job. Lesson learned: We're all immature. Some of us are just too cocky to admit it.
  12. Protip: Don't site adv a knockoff site on the site that you knocked off from. (Hint-check the top of the page).

No waii. *whispers* I have cookies, do we have a deal?
  14. My friend found some program for 12$ on iTunes that has lots of Chinese phrases, with their spellings and translations, and you can click them (on an iPod) to listen to how they're supposed to sound. There might be a Japanese version. I looked at it, and it looks decent for learning the basics of a language, although you really need to find someone who speaks fluently if you want to communicate effectively.
  15. Dude 3pm didn't post it, it was a post on RSOF that I found, thought was interesting and shared with Codguy's chat, 3pm didn't write this and knew the skill prolly wouldn't come out, but still thought it was interesting. sheesh. Darkpoop, you just made yourself look like an [wagon]. This isnt my post. It was an interesting read. Nobody knows you, so you lost the respect that you didn't have. Scat. Nobody wants you here. Be nice. Some people have learning disabilities which make it difficult to read such unimportant things as subtitles and bold text.
  16. U mad. When a girl with bad legs takes off her pants, it's just like an automatic turn-off for me. Of course, I'm not only interested in girls with perfect legs, but it's one of the reasons I enjoy spring track so much :P To agree with the above post, I don't mind if she's wearing revealing clothes, but I dislike girls who are always chatting and giggling and bending over with a bunch of boys. The wrapping paper doesn't need to be perfect as long as the box looks nice and the contents are worthwhile.
  17. AMG GTFO socialism. I feel somewhat guilty for not giving any real comprehensive argument in this thread as of yet, but you're kidding right? Lol yes. I live in a somewhat wealthy town and it's just hilarious to listen to all the conservative kids complaining about how Obama is taking their (parents') money and nobody supports health care anyways.

Looks like a /b/tard thinking he's funny by copying and pasting one phrase over and over again.
  19. kthx AMG GTFO socialism. Looks a bit liberal, but I'll give it time.

Same, could have had my permit in October and license in April but it seems like a waste of time considering I live within walking distance of school and the library, and I wouldn't have a car to take anywhere else.

Start with a restaurant, it's much easier if you know what you're looking for. You can find reviews for restaurants in your area online, and I would reccommend going to the nearest large city just because food there tends to be less risky. Pad Thai is delicious, as are Thai curries.
  22. And while you're at it, how about some spray paint to trick out the truck with? And some nice tattoos. Seriously, don't bother saving it. It will just get wasted on boring things. The secret to happiness is to indulge every impulse you get until you are broke or dead.
  23. AMG HAX IRL Protip 1: Don't wall hack, it pisses people off. Protip 2: CS r srs bsns.
  24. Oh, you silly people. It's quite obvious the next skill will be "Terrible Punning". Jagex has been hinting at it for years now. It looks to me like the next update will have nothing to do with the Strange Power, but there will be an unannounced update, similar to the past few strange power updates.
  25. With those stats you should be able to kill him easily. Just look up a guide. And definitely bring a tort of brews. You can use the titan when the tort is empty.
