With all due respect, you are as well. Jagex's CS function is a total and complete joke. This is a company that rakes in dozens of millions a year and cannot implement a system to allow its customers to communicate for what, going on two months now? Rather ridiculous. I had a recent amusing situation.. a J mod contacted me asking me something. I wrote back but only had a 400 char limit, so he replied back asking me to start a new query to CS and he'd reply back to that, giving me more space to reply. So I did... but got an autoreply from someone else. I mentioned this in an article I wrote and apparently someone at Jagex saw it. I get a new message apologizing for the confusion and asking me to try again. So I do... and get another autoreply from a new CS drone. I mention this as well in a different article.. and I get asked again to send in a query, this time with specific directions from the J mod as to how it should be routed. I include, in capital letters, "PLEASE READ THIS AND DO NOT SEND AN AUTO-REPLY". I get yet ANOTHER autoreply from someone else. That's messed up. Qelter, with all due respect, you forget that Jagex are not dealing with 'normal customers'. In the majority of cases they are in fact dealing with whiny, stupid children/adolescents. You cannot expect the same level of service when comparing the customer base of online companies such as Jagex and Amazon, for example. I can see that the example you have shown is indeed ridiculous and frustrating for you, but I wonder if you would hazard a guess as to how many players put the title 'PLEASE READ THIS AND DO NOT SEND AN AUTO-REPLY' in their messages.

As others have said, 'personalised' is how it is spelt here. I don't know what language you speak in America, but it certainly is not English.. you really should look up on that before you criticise them, saying it was misspelt shows your ignorance. :| Anyway, you bombarding them with message after message goes to show the intelligence of the average Runescape player. If someone has a load of work to do, the worst thing you can do is pile it up, mate. :wink:

I believe Iron is the last Ore that you can ever guarantee a 1-hit. Every ore after that will be more likely to be 1-hit at each Mining level, but as tryto says it is never consistant.

High alchemy it seems. Prior to the new Gravestone update, you could have got a friend to kill you with it, and they would have seen the full cash amount which they could then trade to you.

As a H&A mod, I personally don't see the point in locking topics when they've had a couple of answers, as others have already said; having more people post will increase the accuracy and depth of each answer. :) However it is not my place to stop users from requesting their topics to be locked and deciding for myself. I really do hate it though when a user edits out the initial post and title to ask for the thread to be locked, as I strongly feel that questions should be archived for other Tip.iters to search for when they have a similar question.

It isn't anything to do with a 'late night release' of Summoning as it's 8pm now here, however I am aware of some Canadian server issues about half an hour ago which could have an impact on the one of the login servers. Either that or your account is being used as a test account (check the Summoning Highscores thread in Gen Disc.) - whatever it is I'm sure taking a few hours away from Runescape wont kill you.. :wink:

As said, there are good places to Range them, but I personally consider Black Demons a worse task than... chickens - at least chickens drop Feathers! - and I never hesitate in Burthorping them.

I seem to remember that the last investigation showed pretty much that - obviously apart from killing the 6 brothers - getting a higher kill count makes absolutley no difference whether or not you'll get a Barrows piece at the end. The only thing kill count affects is the smaller treasures you could get (eg you need like a 15 (?) kill count to be eligable to get Bolt Racks). Edit: Actually, Jagex have confirmed that killing more than the 6 brothers gives no higher chance of getting barrows items.

Jagex changed that; you can no longer do that. Sorry. That's a filthy lie. You can still do that, I switched between Herbs and Coal just today a minute before I collected.

In my view, the drops they have are not worth the cost in potions to kill these things, the only Spiritual monster that is worth the bother are the mages for the Dragon Boots.

I know that my bank is far from perfectly organised, but the first 3/4 of it are quite neat. Try and match up as much as you need. [hide=My Bank][/hide] Regarding what Costume boxes to get = the best.. They're not that expensive.. :wink:

The Black Mask is worth, in my opinion 5x the current price. It really is an amazing piece of equipment with it's stat bonuses. At 105 Combat I absoloutly rip through Iron Dragons with it on. :)

It's on the Tip.it forums. If it's going to be used on Tip it then go ahead. But don't claim the images as yours though, give credit where credit is due. :wink:

What is that I circled in red on the top right corner? I've seen it on a couple of player's screenshots so far..

I think they will be able to see when you log on actually, in the same way that if you have your private chat set to 'friends', someone who has added you but is not on your list will see you log on and then instantly off.
