Wow, no one seems to have payed attention to the post from the guy on the last page about the locket Harry finds while cleaning the black house, with the initials "RAB" on it somewhere I think. Well, maybe no initials, but a locket. And it took some time to describe it, so obviously important. :wall: I noticed it too when I read it again last year. So, I guess Harry will be making another trip to the Black house in this book.

 

 

 

Also, I'm guessing that Harry will somehow live...Snape will weaken Voldemort, Voldemort will kill Snape, Harry kills Voldemort. Just my opinion though.

I don't tend to read science fiction or supernatural books but i can't help reading the awesomeness of HP. So i see this thread and was drawn to it... but I had to decide to quit halfway through the 1st page when i read the R.A.B. theory, which i might add is very good but you people seem to care a bit too much about prediciting the whole storyline and seemingly ruining your experience of reading it.

 

 

 

Anyways I agree with most of you that Harry will die, kind of an appropriate ending so that JK Rowling won't get as much spam as to what Harry's life after the 7th book is like. But i also think that Voldemort will die aswell in a stalemate fight or something or other.

The last word of the last chapter of the book was said to be scar, according to Rowling in a 1999 interview.[38] She also suggested the last chapter and last word could change. * When asked about other books similar to Quidditch Through the Ages and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, she has said that she would consider writing them at some point and that they would also be written for charity. She has suggested an encyclopedia-style tome containing information that never made it to the books, also for charitable purposes.[15][16]

 

 

 

* Rowling jokingly posted on her website saying that if she was to make an eighth book, then it could be called: "Harry Potter and the Mid-Life Crisis."

I reread the sixth book this past week, and I spent most of yesterday afternoon catching up on theories and interviews with Rowling about the 7th book. I feel a little guilty for getting so excited about something that is clearly not "great literature," but I'm so completely excitingly anticipating this next book :x

 

 

 

Also, in terms of theories, I'm of the "Reg Black is RAB and Mundungus Fletcher now has the horcrux locket and is among the things he stole from the Black house, Harry's scar is a horcrux that Voldemort accidentally created, Hagrid and Neville are probably going to die, and Snape is good" camp.

 

 

 

I just have to decide which midnight release party to go to!
