June 14, 200719 yr for those who said im taking this to far... have you searched that video or were you lazy and just replied without reading the main post Yes, I was too lazy to search the video. But from what y'all are saying I think i have the idea. I would just like to point out that skinning animals alive and the like is not the same, or worse than, sticking your tongue out at a dog. Like some other people have said, people are being slaughtered in the real world, Darfur being a prime example. Just a little OT, I poked my friend today. Should i be arrested for assault and battery? Stickmen ftw!!! o-<-
June 14, 200719 yr It's a game. I myself hate cruelty to animals, and if you want to donate, donate to peta.com ^^more videos there too. But It's only a game and its 13+. You shouldn't wory about it so much, wory about the real things in life. : Donate to Peta! People Eating Tasty Animals!! Omg. I killed a black man on Karamja. The players on this game hate black people, man.
June 15, 200719 yr Anyways the main reason im writing this is about that dog/s (in case there are more i dont know of) i felt so bad for it i gave it bones from the gaurd that i had killed over there.... Ironic how abusing the dogs evokes such a strong emotional response. Yet the act of killing another human essentially means nothing to us. What about all the people who lost relatives to violence? Nobody is complaining about RS featuring the killing of soldiers...
June 17, 200719 yr Yes I too am shocked and appalled at the strays in Varrock. Jagex needs to incorporate electric prods into the game so we can prod them to death and watch them squirm from a distance. We might get e-fleas if not ! Very valid point. And what about the healthy dogs? Can't we cook them for food ? Dog leg shish kebabs etc etc You are a very mean and nasty person and I don't like you are very mean. Wat did th doggs evr do to you? In China I hav dog and we worhsip it and u come her being mean about dog nt very nise. Wow...If the "Chinese are smart" stereotypes are true, they wouldn't talk like this, and would see the irony.I except an answer like "Wats yroni". You will find all the answers in your heart,my son.

Honestly npbh, you sound like a whining 2 year old, "You mean I no like you cause you are mean, mean, mean, we ish are be worsip r doog, you mean bad pershon" Learn how to spell, and make a half legible argument.
June 18, 200719 yr I can see both sides of the issue. On one hand I have a dog whom I love very very much. I do feel a little sad when I see the varrok ones just because it makes me think of real life dogs, and otehr animals too, who go through the same thing. On teh other hand I also know that it is a game, andt hey are pixels. I think, just judging by what they represent that there should be some kind of way to adops them, and have them be like cats.
June 18, 200719 yr oh, cool, cool, so we can kill off all the other creatures in the game, but we can't shoo dogs? Are you sick and tired of people telling you what to put in your sig? So am I. No, don't put this in your sig, you'll be doing what THEY want!
June 18, 200719 yr oh, cool, cool, so we can kill off all the other creatures in the game, but we can't shoo dogs? Exactly, why is it okay to slaughter cows, PEOPLE, and many other animals with your [insert Preferred Weapon] but shooing dogs is just horrible? P.S. Sorry bout' the avatar. :(
June 18, 200719 yr oh of course this is just horrible! never mind you can STAB A GUY IN THE HEAD WITH A POISONED DAGGER someone is saying oggie boogie to fluffy, call the newspapers, call the president,no call jesse jackson!
June 18, 200719 yr omg!!! stop moning!! this topic has made me so angry!   you see people killing cows/chickens/bears and various other animals or mithical beings everyday! you can even kill people in this game. and you are getting angry at your character shooing a dog away?!?! its a game man! i made an avatar to make you angry aswell  [/bads]
June 18, 200719 yr It's an online game. You could say that it's so cruel to freeze other players and slash them with a whip and pummel them with a maul, decapitate them with an axe even. But no, the poor old dogs are being hassled. Currently not active on RuneScape.
June 20, 200719 yr You killed a guard to feed a rabid dog his bones, yet you complain about animal cruelty? Give us all a break and go back to your hippy camp and mellow out for a while without pixels. LOL!!!!! That's the most hypocritical thing I have ever heard. My F2P Moneymaking Guide!Always gargle before a takeoff. Wakka Wakka!
June 20, 200719 yr Funny to see how the cuddle-factor of an animal both in real life and apparently in runescape determines the outrage of some people. In the years I've been playing this game, I haven't seen anyone rant about the treatment of frogs in Runescape (thank God). We stuff bellows into their mouths and pump them full of gas to twice their size while they're still alive. We tie a string and rock to them to turn them into balloons. After you mutilate their organs, you can set them free again, instead of giving a mercy kill. They act as live bait for some birds. We remove their legs of their carcasses to make potions out of them. This has been going on for as long as chompy birds first flew in RS, yet I don't remember anyone ever having a problem with it (who in his right mind would ?). However, when a cuddly animal such as a flea-infested stray dog is given a treatment not even remotely close to maltreatment, the whole RSOF is filled with people crying havoc about supposed animal abuse. *funny*
June 20, 200719 yr Work on your spelling please, so i will not have to read the rant while my eyes are bleeding... Fairly childish for a "20 year old." I engineered this thread with precise variables that I know would cause lul-worthy flames.
June 20, 200719 yr Yes. Because repeatedly killing something then waiting for it to respawn just for what it gives you when it's dead is SO much better then chasing a dog. Really, if I had the chance to be brutally killed over and over or chased away, I would rather be chased.
June 21, 200719 yr You have got to be kidding me... 99 Magic achieved in December 2004.99 Cooking achieved in Novemeber 2003.743rd to achieve 80 Dungeoneering.Won over 5.5 Bill staking in partyhats and cash.RSC product account created in 2002.
June 25, 200719 yr btw.. don't ever go to ASIA at all cause if you do.. it's your worst nitemare.. they abuse animals WORLDWIDE You are not alone, Our Father, God will always be with you.
June 25, 200719 yr you telling me if a smelly flea ridden, probably disease ridden dog was following you around you'd give it all your attention and time and hug and cuddle it? you either 1. are very weird or 2. already have rabies Sig by me....
June 25, 200719 yr I don't think you should treat this game so seriously. Just look at the spell book  .I guess if it makes people happier they can remove the shoo option. :| Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.Oscar Wilde
June 26, 200719 yr You know. If you stop bumping this topic it will go away. and yet with that post you bumped it
June 26, 200719 yr gee, weve been killing dogs (hell hounds) and other animals for years, and your NOW complaining about it!?!??! so were shooing them away, its better than kicking them! it shows that that part of varrok is poor, badly kept dogs is part of it! ^Click for my Newgrounds page!
