First I'd give 50 mil each to a couple of my friends, then I would buy a Dragon Fire Shield and full Guthan's. I'd probably buy a mask of some color or a santa and lots of sharks so I can train slayer in style. Also, a cannon and lots of cannonballs. I would spend some of it skilling, like for 99 herblore and crafting. Any leftover I would save for whenever I needed it, to buy another 99 later or whatever.

99 Construction, alot of p ess and glories and also anything else I may feel like.

I'd invest them into skills, then more money, then equipment.

I would give like 10 mill to my best runescape friend (hes f2p)

I'd buy dragon boots, dragon large and the fire breath shield thingy. Then id have full dragon + some again :D Anything left would be a for a skill. Or sit in my bank and collect dust.. lol

I would give it to various friends, and some strangers. Buying 99s/rares with non-earned money is not an acheivment for me.

Hmm good question. To begin with I would probably buy 99 Prayer, as I know how useful it can be for monster hunting which is one of my favourite things to do. Then I would probably buy the Third Age Melee plate and legs, because I think they look really nice. To go with that I'd need a fury, because I don't have the need for one at the moment. That leaves me with about 116M. With that I would probably buy a red mask. I also would like a dragonfireshield so I'd get one of those. That would leave me with 50M, which I would either keep in splash out in nice little things here and there.

I'd buy like 10 whips, 10 sets of ahrims, mage book, infinity, master wand, 100m worth of barrage runes, a santa, and use the rest on ice bursts to raise my mage ranking :D
