If there is one in the making, I'd probably say it is at least 6 months away. Of course I could be wrong but I think you are heading in the wrong direction. Just because an NPC is wearing something, it doesn't mean that it will be released soon. People thought that fire giants had dragon two handers. (lost city quest) Npcs need other kind of clothing to show is they are NPC's. If we could wear everything an NPC could I wouldn't be as much fun. And IF they would release a dragon plate, that would be the last dragon thing they would release. If they want to make the same armor as everything else (with that I mean every rune item, but then in dragon) the plate would be the last one to be released because that logicly would be the most expensive one, the most wanted one and the coolest. Myself I don't think that Jagex will release the plate anytime soon. Jagex have released a lot of good weapons and armour the last few months too, for example the godsword. It will probalby be a long time until that plate is released :( Agreed. They all look different. These plates just fell in a bucket of red dye.
