Next time you go, take about 4-6 fruit bats, and maybe 8-12 monkfish (you won't even need them) with super sets/extremes.Even if you piety/turmoil and range pray all of the kills, most likely you will still have enough prayer to recharge at the altar every time. (I can range pray + berserker + turmoil and still have 40 prayer points left when I can recharge).
