RuneScape combat wouldn't be so lame. And by a little bit of effort I mean making updates that don't suck. If they spent all programming resources on completely overhauling combat like this then I'm pretty sure RuneScape wouldn't suck.

It would only take an animator a very short amount of time doing something like that. Anyone with decent experience with maya/3d max could do that within a day. I don't have a problem with the combat system and would rather have jagex spend their time on new content. If i wanted fancy combat i wouldn't play an mmo.
