We went to go make our citadel right away but it wouldn't work (too many people on the stones). We give up for a while and I browse around here refreshing the Clan Citadel thread every minute. See the solution is to go to a low populated world with no one there. Logged into RS, called upon the people who were there before and the clan leader to meet me in my world at the Clan Camp. Whole clan calls me a bossy [wagon] and says that it's just a bugged update and won't work. Tell them to come anyways.... Two minutes later I'm telling the whole clan to come check out our Citadel and feeling smug as hell. Then I solved a few other issues they were having while there and ended up being the first person in the clan to hit the resource cap: And now they've made me a General in the clan. 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving. I went to Lumbridge to get a cape and noticed some of the men/women walking around had the lava cape effect on their clothing. I said it in the clan chat, and a couple people came and looked, but saw nothing.
