(clear your preset and try starting over?)I tried everything, even filled my inventory with unnoteable items and saved it as a preset but as soon as I put something that can be noted, it will be. Sometimes one of my presets will have a noted item in there and trashcanning it and setting it up again always fixes it for me :).
