Good weekend with my family. We initiated my cousin's city-slicker boyfriend, and he pretty much freaked out that our small gathering was about a hundred people in my uncle's double-wide. Man, I only got like four hours of sleep all weekend. And now my shoes are covered with cow [cabbage] because we had to go collect our golf balls.

 

 

 

Oh, and there was a nice storm Saturday night. Pretty good lightning show for so early in the year. But you get that out there, nothing about a hundred feet except for towers.

I love storms! Haven't had a thunderstorm since November or something :(

 

 

 

I havn't had a good storm in a while now. It doesn't help that I sleep through most of them. :(

You know what would be epic? Watching a thunderstorm while having Mozart, Beethoven or some other classical music blasting at max volume out of the speakers.

today I woke up, brushed my teeth and put some clothes on, got up, my sister gave me half the candy she'd hunted. I went on tif for a bit, but it was being slow, so I played runescape for the first time in a long long while.

 

took a shower after two or so hours, went on tif some more, bbqed a steak for when I went to my granparents tonight (they were having ham, I don't eat ham, or porc in general.) I went to my grandparents, climbed trees, and talked about stuff with my cousin, had a couple beers with my family. I got 25 dollars from my aunt, she always gives me money, whenever I see her. she's friggin nice to me.

haven't played rs for a while... I have this cycle. First I start playing rs and start setting some goals. I work hard to try and make those goals. Then I start having trouble either making those goals or finding new goals. Then I stop playing. A couple of months later I'm back into the cycle again :wall:

Today I visited my aunts house for Easter. I went down to her basement for the first time and found a room filled with over 4000 unopened Barbie doll boxes. I looked at my brother for reassurance, and he just kept his eyes on the floor. Then when I looked at my cousin (her son) he was grinning like a jackal, obviously amused by my astonishment/total horror.

I'm gonna need to start saving a good bit for motorcycle crap. Never knew how much reliable clothing alone would cost. And the training courses? Like three hundred bucks. Yeesh. But I intend to start the courses at least around when I turn sixteen. Think I could earn around two thousand bucks over a summer and a half...? Probably. I'll probably work when I have school, too, my junior year. That should make the payments. It's only about 150 dollars a month for a new Triumph, since I doubt I'd find anything but Harleys used around here. Plus, a used motorcycle can cost as much as a new one, so I might not even mess with it.

 

 

 

Long way to go, but I'm buying a new piggy bank titled "Motorcycle dawg." I seriously want a job...

Plus, minimum wage, I can work as many hours a week as I want (although I doubt I'd do more than 30 or so unless I have absolutely nothing going on), it's one of the last popular parks here, and they consistently have openings for teenagers. That's great. My mom's mob bank connections are helpful.

You should have almost no problem making $2,000 in a summer and a half. Depending on what minimum wage is in your area, it shouldn't take too long. I made about $2,000 this past summer working 40 hours a week at $7.00 an hour. The only thing that would hinder you is only working 30 hours a week, as it will take longer to make the money. But if you want off an extra day and a half, I don't blame you.

Basically, we were watching a video in my history class (this is the class with the teacher that brought in GH and teaches as we sit in circles in the grass). Anyway, in the video, its telling of the experiences of the Russians after WW2. This old lady is talking and it dubs over a translation. She says "The babysitter came into my house and gave my child some cigarrettes to play with." Then theres a 30 second pause or so, and the lady is still talking, and it finally dubs over "And that was the firsttime I was raped'.
