Today, a couple classmates sent out an email asking if anyone needs a ride to ucsb for a class trip tomorrow. I had just bought bus tickets on wednesday night. Just my luck.

I was utterly transfixed by Orpheus's post.

alright so today i woke up but something just wasnt right and i had a feeling that something was just plain wrong so it caused me to get out of bed in a panic and no one was home which i could tell because there wasnt breakfast on the table like there normally would be and i got a little scared until i found a note on the table which told me that my family had gone on a trip from today until sunday which i thought was strange considering they hadnt told me anything in advance but i just shrugged it off and went to go wait for the bus like i normally do at the normal time in fact it was earlier than i normally arrived so i know i wasnt late but none of the other students were there and when i thought about it i hadnt seen any cars all morning but anyway since i was still early according to my watch i started to walk to school and began to think id be late but when i checked my watch about halfway there i noticed that the watch still read 7:15 so i was panicking a little bit as most people would and i started to run home but on my way home HE was there blocking my path and i was so scared because i had heard of this slender man guy before but i had just thought someone was making him up so i tried to start running away from him but like all the other accounts tell i couldnt and in fact i started walking toward him against my will but during this time he was like talking to me through my mind or something because he doesnt have any facial features or anything so he starts telling me that i look delicious and while it may be true i had to tell him that he was just a creepy old stalker with no friends and he lost his mental grip on me when he started to do what sounded like crying and he started telling me how he hates coming to earth to have to harvest human organs for his dimension but that he does it so he can simply keep his family alive you know so i went over on my own to comfort him and he back stabs me and sure enough i wake up in some crazy dimension where i am just freaking out because it was like nothing i had ever seen before with floating creatures and buildings that like changed on their own so i started to hide somewhere but sure enough the whole damn building moves and some weird looking wolf guard type thing sees me (keep in mind he is like 8"9') and starts to chase me down so i started running faster than him al lthe way to some cliff which i had no choice but to jump and he foolishly followed me but fell whereas i succeeded in crossing safely but it was just my luck that this side of the canyon was inhabited by one being who had some crazy pyramid like head and as soon as he saw me all of the physics around me started to change so it seemed like everything was changing colors and melting until he grabbed me and started cutting me open in the shape of an X and then a circle around it but as soon as he did that slender man himself comes flying out of nowhere and starts beating pyramid head up and the only thing i was thinking was wtf is going on his he like mentally tells me that i was the only one who had ever understood how he feels because i had been comforting him and stuff so in return he decides to save me which i thought was awesome but pyramid head guy had a few tricks up his sleeves where he was able to trip slender man and just as i thought slender man was about to die out of the canyon comes cthulu himself he grabs pyramid head guy and just eats him like a snack and i was really scared when he kind of nodded at slender man as if they had some sort of understanding which was pretty cool and he went back in the ocean as slender man approached me and helped me up and even after all this he heals me up and decides to bring me back to earth and i look down at my watch and it's 7:16 when my friend alex shows up at the bus stop and i start telling him what had happened all the way from the bus stop to school but we had class so i had to wait and i finished telling him at lunch and he didnt believe me so i had to defend my honor and got in my first fist fight with anyone and i ended up winning but i want to make things up with him tomorrow now. do you guys have any ideas of how to makes things up with him? :pray:

It wasn't a bad story except the ending. The "hero" (for lack of a better term) is down the villain (pyramid head) is about to win, and then out of nowhere someone(cthulhu) shows up to save him, that's the type of things they do in kid shows when they write the hero into a corner and can't kill either of them off yet. When you introduced the hero you just said "HE" when referring to him, and referenced other stories about the hero i'm assuming, but we do not know who HE is, as we do not have the reference story. Also you never established that the hero had the ability to fly and just kinda threw that at us.

 

Yes I read it, all of it. You guys remember way back when I first joined and typed like that?

 

 

Basically it was, the hero is from another dimension the hero needs human organs to survive and has to come to earth to harvest them. Hero breaks down whenever studio resists his mind control powers, and hero starts crying. Studio tries to comfort hero and gets the reward of being knocked out. Studio wakes up in hero's dimension and tries to run away. He runs into pyramid head who does what pyramid head's do? (I never played silent hill) Pyramid head tried to kill Studio. Hero flies up, fights pyramid head and gets his ass handed to him. Cthulhu randomly shows up and eats pyramid head to save hero, hero takes Studio back to earth.

My hair is really wavy on the front/top/back but then it's really curly on the sides. The first picture with the jew fro is pretty much what my hair looks like after washing and sleeping on it.

I woke up in the middle of the night last night, and there was an awful pain in my lower leg. It was so painful, I seriously almost started crying. I'm surprised the others in the house didn't wake up, because I was yelping in pain. It felt like a cramp, and it went away after a minute.

 

Does anyone know what it could be? Had it happened to anyone here?

Yeah I get those in my calf from time to time. Doesn't seem to be a big deal other than soreness for a bit.

I think its just a cramp-like thing. Happened to me a couple of times. The last time my soreness lasted for three days and I walked funny.

For me, it was just intense pain in my leg for a minute or so then it just stopped.

I have that happen in my foot from time to time. It just seizes up, hurts like hell, and is impossible to move during that time. No idea why either.

God use some full stops and sentence breaks. Allows us to actually see your question because when I see a block of text like that I really struggle to read all of it without stopping and getting distracted.

Also, the majority of people here aren't kids. Most of us are either young adults or adults; the "kids" you so speak of can be commonly found clustered together in the horror of the rsof.

Finally, what is your problem? I've never seen your posts around these parts.

Listen fella, don't insult us for not reading your posts just because you're too dumb to use proper punctuation. There are some things you might not be familiar with, called paragraphs, periods, colons and capitalization. Use those if you want your posts to be read. If not, don't complain.

Please get a proper grasp of English syntax. Please just do it. Then we'll read your posts. This isn't elitism. It's just that your post lacks any punctuation, which is inexcusable on a forum. I doubt you'd pass any English course.

I found out yesterday that the imo overpaid figure I thought I was earning was actually after tax, not before. Which I thought was weird because I would have thought they would put the real figures on their website to attract more people, then I figured that 60:1 applicants/positions is heaps anyway. I took the missus out for dinner, and many bears were had :thumbup:

 

After finding more about this job, and hearing stories about the other, I'm glad I ended up with this company and not the one I was hoping for originally.

 

I also found a cheap gym with everything I need pretty close to the house I'm staying at which is great.
