blaah
ACT scores come out tomorrow.Got mine yesterday. 31 on my first time. Science was by the far the hardest section for me. Got a 32 on it, tied for best with English. Math was the easiest. Got a 28 on it. God damnit ACT. Still fairly happy with the score though. Sadly, this is the only place I can brag/complain about it, because I have one RL friend who isn't thinks she isn't as smart as I am, and endeavors to tell me so every time I mention my grades and stuff. :/With the bragging thing, I held it in for a while because of some friends who got 24s multiple times and I got a 32 first time around, but I had other friends who were getting 31s and complaining, so I was conflicted. I only took it once though and my lowest sections were science and reading, both 30s, so I was completely satisfied. /FG/First thread post to when I joined the family.[hide=Insert rant here]blahblahblahLIFE[/hide]
Diesel
I thought science was the easiest; got a 36 on that section when I took it. :???: Last.Fm My Bloggy Proud to have served on Tip.it Crew
RpgGamer
Easter is named after the Pagan goddess of Dawn[Estore], whose representation was often a rabbit. The egg is representative of the sun [dawn] as it brings in new life [day]. How Jesus fits into any of that is well beyond me. Sounds to me like anyone who celebrates Easter is a heathen. Tesset
I thought science was the easiest; got a 36 on that section when I took it. :???:It was just way harder than any other science section on any other standardized test I've taken. It was the usual "Here's a graph, interperet it." but it was actually in depth enough it was difficult to interpret. But like I said, I got my best score on the Science section, so I guess. They took a Biblical happening and applied it to a pagan ritual to encourage people to join and to not get rid of an already established holiday. Most Christian holidays are like that. My skin is finally getting softI'll scrub until the damn thing comes off

Skull
Back to ACT's, how are they in comparison to the SAT's for anyone who took both? Living on a coast, no one takes ACT's here unless they do really [cabbage]ty on their SAT's, so I'm curious as to what they're like. Tim
looking into NBN connections for the internet here. Rather good deals and I'm willing to pay a piece if parents do get it (since internet here is so outdated). that or I'd wait until I move out but either way it'll be same cost for both myself and them. In my quest to become culturally rounded, I've learned to question other religions just as hard. The new testament makes me laugh. Not to say that Judaism is anywhere near flawless. Tim
My mates are so encouraging to make me happier: "Mate just get drunk and [bleep]. thats what you do" ....There is no one who WOULD [bleep] me. God, it's no wonder I go into seclusion and denial of life with friends who tell me this with zero support. geez... EDIT: So I've gotten back into working with Photoshop again, teaching myself the basics like using layers etc. I was trying to get a glassy banner to put on a wallpaper I made but w/e, saved the .PSD file so I can come back to it and fix it. lizzywizzy
had barely any sleep last night as I was waking up ever half hour to a hour, finally decided to get out of bed at 9:30 this morning after being bored of lying there not sleeping. Went shopping, had a nap when I got home. Its almost 5pm (totally doesn't feel like 5pm) and ive not really done anything today, but i dont exactly have the energy to do anything. One of my BFF's keeps asking me EVERY DAY if I have had my baby yet, she is ignoring the fact that I will tell her when I go into labour, and I will tell her once I have had the baby..... the baby will be here when it is here! Going into hospital Wednesday for a stretch and sweep - google it if you feel the need to lol - so hopefully baby will be here by the weekend. I don't really remember why, as this was 2 years ago now, but yeah. Thankfully I didn't really need a great SAT score after my ACT.
