So if I agree with someone I get my posts deleted?

Today I ate a Lunchables lunch thing and just realized now that it expired a month ago. Hmm....

That just makes it taste better. But how did you just realize now?

I've been researching about teenagers and violent media for an essay.

In the 1970s, Atari introduced a game called Pong that was a simple video version of the game ping pong. In the 1980s, arcade games like Pac-Man became dominant.

In Pac-Man, a yellow orb with a mouth raced around the screen chomping up ghosts and goblins. At this point, some eyebrows were raised questioning whether young people should play such "violent" games.

That made me giggle a little bit.

Today I found out I've been underpaid by about $5000 this year because my manager didn't get me to sign shift adjustment forms and I have no way of getting it because I didn't keep records of my shifts.

Makes you wonder what those people would think of today's games.

Today is another work day, so I'll be going to work in about 4 hours. As much as I prefer afternoons, I could really go for a day off. I guess Friday will have to do.

Today I got a flu vaccination. I have asthma so I'm in the risk groups. I've never actually bothered with the flu jab before but I decided to this year since I can't afford to be ill January and screw up my exams and resits.

It's kind of sore and feels really weird but other than that it's alright. I don't like being stabbed with things really so I was a bit nervous but it was fine.

I haven't had a flu vaccination in 10 years. I don't like needles. I can get one if I have to, but I despise them. Although the worst part of it, for me, is seeing other people get them (yet I can watch it go into me).

My mom's alarm clock was set for noon, I guess. It just went off and made me jump. She's been at work for just under 5 hours.

Food tastes weird. I had some water which taste like Fairy (understandable) but this banana had the aftertaste of melon. The Dr Pepper tasted odd too. :?

Today I awoke at around 10am, and went into town with a friend. There I had the thrill of doing some banking, then buying a new jacket and a new game. Afterwards I went to a local Wetherspoons pub to have a quick drink, and then went home to laze about again with my friend. I'm now awaiting dinner after their departure.

( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

It's Spirit Week at my school this week, and today was Wacky Wednesday. I hate Wacky Wednesday. Although there were a few people that made it better; there was a guy dressed up as a cherry running away from a guy dressed up as a pacman running away from two guys dressed up as ghosts :P

EDIT: I'm sure Hari will make a fine clocksmith.

I like how I got that hari reference. The PSAT was relatively easy, struggled on a couple questions in the math, but the reading/writing was easy as hell. I wanna know what book that hari thing was from.

I thought different schools had different tests, but we had that passage also. I'm almost positive I got all the math right, and think I got maybe 1-3 wrong in reading and writing.

Siggied, although I didn't understand the rest of your post.

The only difference between Hitler and the man next door who comes home and beats his kids every day is circumstance. The intent is the same-- to harm others.

[hide=Tifers say the darndest things]

I told her there was a secret method to doing it - and there is - but my once nimble and agile fingers were unable to perform because I was under the influence.

I would laugh, not hate. I'm a male. :(

Since when was Ireland an island...? :wall:

I actually have a hobby of licking public toilet seats.

Today, I sneakily hid in the trees and kept stalking Reimu.

I wish.

Today, I went into town to to get a new nut and some strings for a guitar I'm giving to my uncle. However, the shop didn't have a nut or the string type I wanted. ;_; Looks like I'm going to have to drag myself to Norwich.

@Star: that sounds eerily like me also.

Before you read this... Yes, my day consisted of this dream.

This was an awesome dream of epic proportions. So epic, you'll all be like, omg dude, that was epic. Like seriously, you will really say that when I recall this dream from my equally epic mind. Now, before you read this, be ready to have your entire world BLOWN APART. That's just a taste of how epic this dream is.

I was in Alaska... Or I think I was. "Alaska" extended down to a few miles off of the shore of California, and separated into two sections, both connected at the southern section of the Alaska we all know and love. The two sections themselves were pointed at the tips, somewhat similar to Chile in Mexico, but they were wider. Halfway between the two sections, there was a point of connection -- a very large mountain of about 8000ft. (I remember this fact from the dream, for some reason).

There was an entire story line behind this dream, which is why it's so god damn epic.

I was a part of the story; I was a prosecutor who's main purpose was to catch two criminals. The goal of these two criminals was two meet at the point of connection of the two separate sections of "Alaska." My mission was to kill them both and prevent them from reaching the 8000ft. high mountain. I can't tell you why they couldn't meet, because it was just so effin' epic, that I had to clear it from my memory banks, just so I wouldn't accidentally recall it and BLOW SOMEONE'S MIND UP.

Anyway, the first criminal was racing down a certain highway where I was specifically stationed to intercept him. I was in a car so epic, that everyone on the highway BLEW UP into 379 pieces (a random piece of information that I remember so I know how many pieces of trash I need to clean up when I BLOW SOMEONE'S MIND APART).

Now, the person I was chasing was shielded with a fairly mediocre deflector shield that was barely able to keep his 379 pieces from BLOWING APART. He was just about clear the highway and make his way to the Mountain, until I brought out my guns (damn straight), which were so god damn epic, that the criminal was almost BLOWN APART.

I shot this dude down, 9 different times. Don't ask why because this is one of the myriad of reasons why this dream is so god damn epic. I can't even think about it; if I do, your family and everything you know and love will be BLOWN APART.

Now, with one criminal down, I went to the Mountain to pursue the second criminal, just because I could.

Anyway, the second dude turned out to be really cool. We played twister and chess and everything.

Then I BLEW HIM APART.

The End
