Flyingjj
Just start carrying a led-filled aluminum bat around. People are scared of that [cabbage]. Gtfo nub, lead-filled bats are so last month. It's all about sharpened tooth brushes these days. Sharpened one end, razor blade melted in the other end. It's what all the cool kids have. Plastic Spoons. About the most dangerous weapon you can have. :thumbsup:No joke there. I can seriously make a plastic spoon into a very sharp stabbing weapon in about 5 seconds. Flyingjj
Found out I aced my math final. Huh. Shows what a little studying does for me. Normally I didn't study and did okay, like B- C+ range on the tests, but I wanted to see if I could swing my grade to an A-. This might have done it, we'll see what happens in about a week. unkn0wnwarrior
Today I got to work and found out (after I swiped in, of course) that I was supposed to start half an hour later (I still got to leave at my usual time since I started at my usual time). I was doing relief (in other words, giving people breaks). 2 of the 5 people were doing what I did Monday and the first part of Tuesday... "Box watcher". Tomorrow: hour long meeting followed by more jobs that nobody else wants, no doubt.
Tim
Got a email reply back from the employer of the "kiddy furniture"Hi Tim,You Must be Joking ???So how do you go from excitement to this overnight ?I don't think you must be serious about getting a jobI feel kind of insulted at that, I was sincere and modest, I didn't say anything like "this job sucks, I dont want it" in my letter. Jeez, I can understand if they might be upset that I denied it, but im not going to be drawn in by a guilt trip letter to a job I wouldn't like to work in for "x" amount of years. (especially since they advertised for a "Website Manager, not stock taker on eBay") Whatever, the Mechanic seems to want to hire me quite a bit and I want to get in as a Mechanic so its win-win for me. You really shouldn't feel bad at not taking that job, nor at telling them you don't want it. Gah, all this week it's been clear blue skies, sun flooded and windy. At first I was thinking ah this is nice, but now it's just meh.

Furah
Holy [cabbage] I got so [bleep]ing high yesterday. I was laughing non-stop for what seemed like 15 minutes. Such an awesome day. Tomorrow night I shall go do a pub crawl if I can ever grab hold of the dude who I have to organise what time I'll get a lift, along with my exact address. Star.
Fun things on the agenda for today. Tidying up my room and more job searching. Skeptical
^Lmao. Win. I'm writing a Civics assignment about global citizens, and when I chose Nelson Mandela and started writing, an hour later I had 4 pages about Linux and freedom of the internet. It's going on the blog at some point, but still, not what I was looking for, lol. "Those who give up their liberty for more security neither deserve liberty nor security." fastortoise
Oh. My. God.I warned you people that if the Habs won the 7th game I was going to get stupid drunk, and the prophecy came true. I was watching the game at my school campuses bar and when we won, everyone poured out onto the streets downtown. What I did not know was that there were 22 THOUSAND people watching the game on the big screen in the hockey arena and they too poured into the streets. There was little rioting thank god, but so much drinking. And so much partying. People were climbing on street signs and dancing, one dude got on a mailbox and got naked  So yeah, I got home at around 6am and strangely I have no hangover

BlindBaker
Yesterday an actual [bleep]ing spy came to my school to talk about how he infiltrated the KKK and Neo-Nazis for four and a half years. He almost got shot like six times, and even went on the Oprah Winfrey show (and started a huge argument involving some Neo-Nazis in the audience). I really wish I could find the video... By the way, his name is Andy Oakley. He wrote a book about the KKK and Neo-Nazis called "88." Roses are red,Violets are blue. This line doesn't rhyme,And neither does this one. AndyPandy
Sent a letter to the company I'll be working for during my work experience week. Who you working for? I finished today (they gave me Friday off ). I was working at a media company in Chelsea, right next to the Thames. It was awesome. So don't let anyone tell you you're not worth the earth, These streets are your streets, this turf is your turf, Don't let anyone tell you that you've got to give in, Cos you can make a difference, you can change everything, Just let your dreams be your pilot, your imagination your fuel, Tear up the book and write your own damn rules, Use all that heart, hope and soul that you've got, And the love and the rage that you feel in your gut, And realise that the other world that you're always looking for, Lies right here in front of us, just outside this door, And it's up to you to go out there and paint the canvas, After all, you were put on the earth to do this, So shine your light so bright that all can see, Take pride in being whoever the [bleep] you want to be.
