May 2, 200917 yr i can't beleive people seem to seriously think this couldn't turn into a serious global pandemic with thousands of deaths. although it probably won't if the WHO and world governments take action now (like with SARS), we are still biological creatures and as such are vulnerable to pandemics.

You just have to get in contact with someone who has been to Mexico or someone in contact with someone who has been to Mexico or any number of people leading to someone who has been to Mexico, or contact with objects that have been in contact with Swine Flue. Harvard School of Public Health, where my dad works part-time, shares the same campus. They shut it down pretty quickly so I doubt it'll spread too much. Runescapeloser, apparently a middle schooler in your district has it (confirmed). :? From a CNN article: "The Department of Education said that as of noon on Friday 433 schools, with a total of 245,449 students, in 17 states have been closed." I heard from my friend that if a student is confirmed to have the swine flu, then schools in that district will close for two weeks. A chorus from his school went on a trip to Costa Rica, now they're all being tested. A new map, by the way. (And has no one really brought up the flying pigs pun...?) May 3, 200917 yr I clicked the zombie swine flu link. I read the article. I got scared. Then I saw the address was bounce something and not bbc. Clever fake, clever fake indeed. Now im like :lol: . Anyway, dont think any cases are in Norway yet. My stomach has been weird the past week though. Now ive started to sneeze and have a stuffed up nose.
