oh hey. i didn't realize the thread was thriving for so long in my absence. i'd just like to note that in one of my latest threads i averaged 12.6 ranarrs in 50 seeds due to the scroll of life (obviously there is reason for skepticism). later today if ranarrs buy again i will do more accurate testing and report my results.

My average is usually around 6-8, something like that anyway. My record is probably around 13.

My record for one patch is 14 and full course is 46.(91-93 farming/lantadymes) Or atleast I can't remember any bigger yields from before. I just started farming again recently.

i believe i hold the record for most money...53 torstol + 3 torstol seeds

 

you get a 10% chance of getting seed back with scroll of life from dung, and i got 3 that one

 

first patch i got 5 herbs lol, so this could have been a 60 but i did however get a seed back so i was happpy

 

i go to fally patch and i got 18 torstol + a seed which i believe is the record you can get, since i hear 18 is the max anyone can get yet alone get 18 + a seed back, the last 3 i got 10 + seed, 10, 10+ seed

 

i dont think this is the record for raw number by any means, however its probably close to most herbs + seeds, but im very confident this may be a record for pure cash

 

heres pic, over 2m in 1 run (was only 1.3m profoit cuz of seed cost)

 

my best farming run:

 

43 torstols and 3 seeds back from scroll of life

My best probably was 52 torstols before scroll of life, with torstol 30k seeds 100k or something.

 

I find it pretty annoying that even with over 21m xp now I still haven't got over 56/5, I'd like to get a 60+ some day.

Got 58 herbs/5 patches once.

 

Got 45-ish/5 +2 seeds after scroll of life.

58/5 is my record too, with my highest from 1 patch being 19. Its quite rare to get 11+ really. And yea, the average herbs per patch is 6.7. Having done thousands of snap seeds I can nearly confirm this :P

With my low Farming level I managed 10 with Magic Secatuers. :)

183 Snapdragons from 1 patch.

If you set your objective to a farming level with no new things learned, it does say higher levels increase yield potential.

 

Levelling your Farming gives you a greater yield when you harvest and lets you grow better crops.

 

My highest ever was 15, and my best run was 42 + two seeds. All snapdragon. A friend of mine got 74 dwarf weed, and I have no reason to suspect he was lying (though I have no proof).

Just now, got a new best of 52 avantoes in one trip :thumbsup:

 

screenie to prove, and by the way, the extra seed you see is actually a free seed back from Scroll of Life :)

 

by the way, the grimy herbs are the avantoes I've just farmed, and haven't had a chance to clean and note with leprechaun yet. 16 grimy + 36 clean noted = 52 total FTW!!

I don't got a pic, but I've definitely gotten 60+ torstols once.

Patches are actually bugged and Jagex ofcourse probably doesn't knows about this yet because they've been bugged for over 6 months.

When your inventory is full and there are less than 3 items still to be received from the patch you won't get them.

Want to back that up? For that first 17 a few posts above I got 15 herbs (empty inv space at first patch with my inv) first, I noted them and I then I got 2 more.

And I haven't seen a significant increase in yield either, my max amount of herbs is still 19 (someone on here had 21 or 22) and my average is close to what everyone else reports as their average. Circumstantial nonsense I say.

Same, about 1k seeds. Best run is 48 avantoe in 5 patches. Best single patch is 14.
