Cutting and splitting arctic pines with an adze is somewhere around 130k xp/h, and it's around 140k with a dragon hatchet. I'm using teaks as an example because I recently did a short WC war, with several people posting and using guides claiming 120k/h, etc. But I have never seen anyone get anywhere near that. I think it's just because he uses his effigies at the end of the day. If the "new day point" comes right before he used his effigies, it looks like the only experience he got that day was from effigies.
