i bought 1 santa. it's all i can afford lol

I've known Masks were going to rise but Santas just recently dropped when they were dumped by a merchant clan. Hopefully masks go high enough to satisfy me because I have a few. :P

I highly beg to differ. I saw sooo many trying to sell them earlier while I was selling my ZGS to get my baby AGS back. I was offered 3 at one point.

 

 

 

Meh, if they do rise, IDC. I'm skilling, not really merching ATM.

Actually about the santas being bought up, I bought another like 5 mins ago, I got it for about 350k under max (Idk how much that is, all I did was put max and got that back).

 

 

 

Considering they went down 460k today and went down yesterday too, they're making a comeback.

managed to sell my 3a robe for a pretty good price, I sold it same time they crashed... aw well, no profit... :thumbdown:.

 

 

 

With my money gonna go spend on 40k bursts and get 97mage/90+ summon \

Call me crazy, but I now own, 3a Range and Mage Top and legs, and a melee plate.

 

My final tier of RS is nearing, just need melee kite, legs, and helm and my armor needs are finished.

 

I'm quite surprised on the dumped 3a, its buy-able at lowest.

 

Just goes to show the RS economy is one sided,

 

I bet it people had cash they would buy 3a for its looks and stats for use if they had the cash, but no, only 3% of the RS population has that amount.

The market needs unbuyables. Now that 3a is gone and the divine/elysian market is too small, rares are... rare? again.

Is the market (3a and rares) reverting to pre GE? Wow, i really hope it is.

I'd love 3rda to go under 50m... I'd buy the mage set so fast for common use :)

I don't think santas and other small rares will keep for long. They have been bought out before... look at the whole santa suit update, and there was no dramatic long-term effect on the market.

 

Yes, but now, with 3a crashing, there is a reason for a long-term effect. Before, all the rich merchants still had all their money in 3a, but now that it's crashing and they've got a bunch of spare cash, what are they going to turn to? Yes, they have phats, but with only a 1% trade margin on those, 'low level' rares, which have a 5% margin, are likely to look quite attractive as well.
