So, if I did a lot of bandos/safe pvp rapier would be the best?

 

Easily, in my opinion. Maul might be fun for the huge hits in safe pvp, but rapier, well, obliterates Bandos.

Nah, they don't ban fighter hat/ardy cape/zerker/onyx rings so they shouldn't ban chaotic. They only ban vesta because it costs a lot.

I predict ffa will close for a while though. And corp in general. As most serious corpers will go out and get chaotic.

i asked a friend, apparently carp bist is weak to not stab, but spears on stab, lol. learn something new every day :P

all weapons apart from spears and magic are half damage, and have fun hitting with a spear on crush

It would have been great if they had just made it one speed faster, equivalent to a crystal bow's speed. Then it would have been a big improvement over a rune crossbow, since you could then attack with ranged as quickly as a whip when using rapid.

I think if the Staff gave a 25% boost over 20%, and if, as above, the crossbow was one speed faster, all the chaotic would be about equal and purchased as much as the others.

I think it's Trembake who has both the highest tier CW set and a rapier, and he says he runs around raping everyone with them. It would be fun to hit an 800+ on a flag bearer with a maul, though.

You're only 47 dungeoneering, you have time to figure it out. They might even release something better with this batch so who knows.
