And btw, I thought windows mouse keys let you move? I'm pretty sure that the 'particular area' refers to the 'predetermined' part: you're not allowed to define any specific place/environment the mouse is to jump to. This was a couple years back, but I haven't seen any proof they've changed that stance since then.
