  1. Temple Knights are involved in the Sea Slug arc, right? Thus I am inclined to believe, from that and other quests, that they fight for good. But like many secret agencies, they probably have, in the past, done wrong for the greater good.
  2. I'd open up a bakery that sold half-baked ideas!
  3. I think making them tougher is a good thing but not the lowered drop rate. I mean, tactically speaking, dragon plate is junk. There are armors five or ten levels better than it costing only a fraction of the cost. But oh well. They chose this path from the beginning, so instead of some new "God Armor" or something, we got dragon.
  4. The plates on the shoulders could look like wings or dragons mouths. That's one.
  5. The players have an incredible knack for finding the most incredible and unimaginable glitches in a great majority of games, even if there has been extensive testing, there are no games that are glitch free. Yes, but what about glitches that become apparent the FIRST time you play through a minigame? Like the game never starting? Or the timer freezing? Or when it starts, it starts with one minute? And how about after, when many of tools are glitched and some, though not technically glitched, do not perform as promised?
  6. No, the reason why rogues are unpopular is because so many of them are Twinks, similar to our pures. Warriors are unpopular because of their lack of survivability when soloing. Hunters are unpopular because they can be played by a drunken chimpanzee with both of it's hands broken. I was saying more along the lines of ammo... quickly used and takes a slot in your bad  btw...I play a druid, paladin, and shaman  Ugh, hate Paladins, but Shammys and Druids rock! My two favorites, though my main is a Druid, feral as can be. And it was a joke- the ammo thing IS annoying but not enough to keep people off those classes.
  7. 'ere, yewr keepin' tabs on us? Yew never told us you'd be doin' dat, you didn't! Dis changes everythin'... Or maybe not. Was the only reason you started this thread to feel high and mighty because YOU would report a petty offense that really has no bearing on this game, consuming Jagex Customer Support time? I mean, sure it IS wrong, but is this sort of thing any of Jagex's business? Furthermore, if it is not illegal in the area in question, than it's just between that person, his neighbors, his conscience, and any deity he may worship.
  8. Here's one for you We have two people. One is Dissatisfied Customer, the other Unsuccessful Troll. Dissatisfied Customer lists complaints about a game he loves, in the hope that the company and other players will read them and maybe, just maybe, think "Gee willikers, this sure should be fixed!" Unsuccessful Troll, seeing this, decides to attack Dissatisfied Customer. First he starts by attacking portions of the argument and not the whole. When another person, Sympathetic Player, joins the fray to help Dissatisfied Customer, Unsuccessful Troll declares that he will not listen to either because of their playing style. When several other people comment on how rude and stupid this is, Unsuccessful Troll writes a convoluted story involving biased towards his own opinion, making his opponent out to be a foolish, cheating scumbag and himself to be a hardworking, intelligent player. Added to this are a series of unlikely circumstances and a huge sack of facts that were thrown out for being "unsympathetic" to his cause. Which story is more true? You decide.

  10. Aye, and since I'm Irish I want a beard thick enough to hide a chicken in and a bottle of fine Irish Whiskey. But we'll both have to keep dreaming... oh wait, never mind. Just me... Oh Danny boy...
  11. But: There's nothing like the life of a sailor Sailing on the briny foam! With a good stout deck beneath your feet And a good stout wife at home!
  12. Long ago, a wise prophet proclaimed that the Gods of Economics would demand a great and terrible sacrifice, and, Lo and Behold!, the ability to utilize the G.E. for low supply items was indeed crippled to appease them.
  13. Sorry to be a pickled onion in this fruit salad, but I like the old game better. Jagex shattered my trust in them with last December's update and have done little to rebuild it. In fact, they may have degraded it further; what with the overhyped summoning, glitches in any number of releases, their lies about not setting prices for new items, pushing important releases back, and the lack of tweaking for updates, the game may seem better, but the company in charge is not.
  14. Bloody hellfire, where's my random removal?!? Those things have infested Runescape long enough!
  15. Ya, happens to me two out of three games.
  16. But does this increase difficulty or frustration? Is the quest anymore difficult do to this feature to those who know about it before hand? If not, than this only makes it frustrating and expensive for those who did it first, not harder.
  17. yeah, about 2169 years old if the KB is right. i believe when he said old, he meant that the news of the "second god wars" has been noted, found, discussed, and predicted like....mayb 1-2 years b4 the GWD came out? True, but that was before all this new information came to be. Maybe it is time to discuss anew?
  18. Well, what's next are scientists discovering that you are, in fact, a device used by many higher mammals, most notably chimps, humans, orangutans, and dolphins, as well as some avians, such as the common crow, to decrease energy expenditure in food collection and survival. See, I can do it too. And obviously you've never played a game where items are priced based on their stats and usefulness. Like in WoW or Warhammer. In these games, a low level is capable of purchasing decent armor for his level- it's not the high levels who purchase these items with the intent to fight with. Though it is a different situation, we see that Jagex may have intended something similar; when dragon was originally released, it was the best armor, and the low drop rates made perfect sense. And along came Barrows. This was caused by, more or less, a lack of foresight and was probably not intentional.
  19. [Source] Might seem a bit lame, but it was intentional. Actually, it probably wasn't. They hear about this, go "HOLY CRAP! We forgot to let the knights drop the armor! But we can't take the blame...", and say that it was "intentional" all along. And if that's not true, than that mod whatever certainly does NOT have his head screwed on right. Yea. Jagex take blame whenever any other bug pops up, they have complete logic to play this off as intentional when it wasn't, as revealed by...Um, what's your Jagex mod name again? Oh wait, you don't work for Jagex, and don't have any valid insight into their reasoning other than "Omg hard ting, dey lyed 2 us, WAH" You have a mighty fine argument, mighty fine, but, unfortunately, your last statement invalidated it. See, the quest IS hard, but the armor issue is not necessarily hard. You see, in the MAJORITY of quests, items like that could be re obtained or received from monsters fought in the quest. Unfortunately, the first questers did NOT know that Jagex intended for these armors to only be obtainable once and, as a consequence, dropped it in favor of added space. And so, of course Jagex will say that they INTENDED to blindside their customers in an effort to make the quest HARDER.
  20. Elves. We hates them, hates them with a fiery passion that can not be quenched with the tears of a thousand nations!
  21. What about Bandos? Or Third Age? Both have superior stats and Bandos is cheaper as well as containing a useful strength bonus and a small prayer.
  22. It's people like you that ruined my Orgin of Charms thread. There is more to a game than just what is there, some people like to know more. Don't stereotype me. People are creating threads for the sake of creating threads these days. Who cares if how big a vial is in real life because it isn't real life it's a game and therefore doesn't bare an exact resemblance on real life. Rules of phisics etc do not apply in a virtual world. As someone said, how would you fit 28 sharks into your backback or 28 armadyl godswords... it's a game do something else with your time. Well, don't you play runescape? Go do something else with your time -.- Pah arrogancy these days #-o It's not a patch on the arrogance we used to get in MY day... Vials in Runescape are freakishly large. Large enough, in fact, that they are no longer vials. And, as the picture shows, they're about half as large as our heads. Now can we answer why it is possible to eat an undefined number of sharks, at least larger than your arm, one after another without exploding?
  24. What about horses?
  25. Considering that in real world history, the Roman Catholic Church used to have some Inquisitors for torturing purpose, I would be surprised if these Elite Black Guards are aligned with Saradomin. Wait, you mean would or wouldn't? And let's stop insulting real world religions. Or lack thereof. Thank you!
