That doesn't actually seem too much like slip-space to me. Looks like just the pods penetrating the atmosphere, or being fired upon. If you look even closer, the flashes of light appear on pods that are already visible. Also, it seems like the city was trashed/looted. See the burning car, lack of people, and overall gloom.

Bluejay, I'll give you the Halo as a co-guru. Maybe the Bungie one too. And it isn't in the first one, it's somewhere in between, where they interview pretty much the person who oversaw the production of campaign. Also, I think I've memorized the skull positions, outside of IWHBYD ring order. Oh, and to make sure that you've got it right, I'm fairly certain that the rings flash. I also don't think that jumping through the rings on your way back matters, but I'd still avoid it to make sure. I'm also unsure whether you have to do it before or after killing Truth. I've decided to pretty much just clump everything together into a few categories: Punk, pop, metal, rock, classical, jazz, hip-hop and techno/rave/electronica. Basically, if it's inbetween one of these, it's like punk rock, or pop punk, or classic rock, or metal, or metal-punk. There's no grey areas, if there is enough of an influence present, it gets mentioned. I also think that Jimi Hendrix is the only "true" metal artist, because he was the one supposedly compared to "heavy metal falling form the sky". I also think that classifying music based on lyrics is kind of stupid. I don't mean lyrical style, I mean actual content, like the words and their meaning. Best example is porn metal, or whatever it's called, which is basically just ordinary metal, but with lyrics about porn.

Because that's probably what the majority of users listen to. That or they are not sure whether the OP means bass as in the instrument, and bass the sound. I'm not too sure either. If it's bass the sound, then you should not be looking at rock, go for techno and hip-hop. And D&B, which I think you should ask Abelmisi about since I don't really know much about it. Also, one review claims that the bass is lacking where most bass guitars would play, the 50 mHz - 200Mhz region.

My iPod buds lasted about 6 months, and most of the earbuds I use last 6 months. And I mean real heavy, falling asleep with them on, tangled up in my pocket, step on them, sit on them, drop them in the toilet usage. I've seriously dropped them in the toilet once or twice. I don't even buy expensive ones, I buy the cheapo $15 ones. I do want to go to some headphone/music specialty store and see what the difference really is between the headphones I use now and a good quality pair.

I'd actually say that they're milking Halo the way a cash cow should be milked. Instead of re-doing the games that already exist, they're putting out new things which expand the Halo universe, if what I'm getting from the trailer is correct. Yes, this definitely looks like ODST-involved stuff. Maybe a squad/crew based Halo? Sort of like a futuristic CoD.

There are no new maps, they are just map varients. Such as Sandbox, which is Sandtrap sans Elephants and different spawn points. Or Boundless, Snowbound w/o Shield Doors. They are not replacing existing maps, but are being put in alongside the other maps. And according the the Bungie Podcast, which is full of awesome, there is someone working at Tip.It who used to work at Bungie. I hate not having time for Halo, I badly want to play it post-TU2. I would wake up early tomorrow, but I have a football game.

Problem: I have only about 4 hours to myself each weekday now, between school, hockey, football, and homework. Heck, today I've only had 15 minutes, and I'm going to bed in a few. I'll leave it up to you guys to vote for a featured event for this weekend. Also, my social is limited to weekends, and with the Game Night, I pretty much have about 8 hours taken out of my day, assuming I stay home. Long story short, I am incredibly busy, and still want to have a social life outside of Xbox. Hell, I haven't even gotten the TU2 yet. I was assuming someone would suggest something for the game, and 4 p.m. is probably the best time for me, since I'll end up having dinner around 5-7. So make suggestions for the feature game for Saturday, and I'll see if I can get on more to organize stuff. I think we should just go for the Double XP weekend and matchmaking, Social Slayer/Rumble Pit/Whatever supports all of us. For some reason the Double XP weekend is already up. And it looks like it's Legendary Brawl, so that is out of the question. (For all of those unfamiliar with Legen. Brawl, it is all DLC required, with 12 player FFA)
