March 27, 200719 yr For those interested to know the tunnel of chaos: From the varrock east gate, follow the route north till you reach a altar, talk the person near the place and she will explain the procedures. However to access the altar through the tunnel, you still need a chaos tally or a chaos tiara :? . Abyss owns still. Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.

It is near the sawmill and its takes you straight to the beginning of chaos temple, you still have to go down some of the maze!, Just cuts out wilderness. Abyss is still faster this is just safer. But watching my friend Peggy discover the new updates and quest is funny :lol: Ok it wasn't a bad month Easter next FTW! Another event where I realize getting older has no benefits, as my mum always forgets to buy me and Easter egg! Just because I am 20 don't mean I am an adult yet! If you on world 59, Give me a HYT So I can call you a noob! :lol: I do find the quests and updates fun. I am still learning a lot and find a lot of the quests difficult "lmbo". If it were not for my friend helping me on occasion I would be lost. Thank you Roswellcrash!! 8-) But I am a good player, honest and true to the game and my friends. I am glad I can make u laugh. March 27, 200719 yr I don't think it was a bad quest, it was a good distraction for half an hour... although I'm concerned as to the mental ability of my character. He's able to figure out some fiendish puzzles within quests (not this one :roll: ) but cannot see the blindingly obvious - that a follower of Zamorak promising him gold is not to be trusted! *sigh* And the chaos 'shortcut' is just a way of getting there without the wilderness and skipping 3/4 of the maze - you go down one staircase... that's it. Not as fast as the Abbyss, sure, but it's safer. And surely that's what people have been asking for? Jagex just did it to chaos first because that's probably the least popular one - and they want more people to do it. And has anyone worked out a reason why I shouldn't destroy the beacon ring once it's done with? Looks fairly useless to me. Goals to get my skills back up to a barely respectable level on the high scores: Currently going for Bone to Peaches spell. It's amazing how boring doing the same repetitive task is! Stupid MTA
March 27, 200719 yr Stuff needed: Bronze Pickaxe 15 Chaos Runes Bowl Chaos Talisman or Tiara Be able to defeat 5 level 32 baddies. Recommended Lots of (super) energy potions for running around, and/or lots of Varrock Tele runes if you're really lazy (like me) and don't want to was energy pots.

March 27, 200719 yr First of all, another pointless quest. Chaos runes? A short cut? Why chaos runes? Are we in a need of chaos runes? Who uses chaos runes so much anyway? WHY chaos runes? Why not nature or death runes? They call it a short cut? If there wouldn't be The Abyss, then, maybe indeed it would be a short cut, but if they haven't forgotten The Abyss, that it still exists, it's not a freaking short cut... ONLY good thing from the quest, on which i wasted 20 minutes of my precious life, was getting the ring which gives +2 magic attack. Good for the ones who don't feel like using seer's ring. Still, a rather pointless quest, if you ask me. (And i don't care if you don't, still pointless :D) Oh well, only good for those who like to keep their quest capes. :P

Agrresive: No Hitpoints: 20 Where to find them: A little northwest of Lucien's house between Verrok and Edgeville. Gold: Coins (5,15) 100%: Bones Weapons: None Armour: Bronze Med. Runes, Arrows: Mind Runes (9) Misc: Ropes, Cabbage, Fishing Bait (1), Herb, Copper Ore This isn't every single drop of theires but I killed a good 100 of them ad this is what I found. They do drop alot of ropes but I don't really see a good use in that. Their herb drop rate is pretty constant allthough you'de be better off killing chaos druids or something, but they did have quite a bit of good herbs (Two rannars ftw).
