Nom Posted June 16, 2007 Share Posted June 16, 2007 I call BS on any score here above 140. Online tests are worthless, if you're going to take an IQ test take a real one. And IQ is inaccurate anyway, it doesn't really measure enough to be a complete summary of what you are capable of. Anyway, I haven't taken a real IQ test yet, but my high school entrance exam score contained a preliminary projected IQ score, and I got 139. I don't really trust it's accuracy, but I do more so than the online ones. It can't be off more than 10 points anyway, and that's still pretty good. I'd guess more 125-30 range.Like all other posts on this thread, this one made me laugh as well. Understand that you could have an IQ of 10 and score a 250 on an online test. I did take an actual IQ test provided by my college, I'm not preaching my IQ being representative of what I or anyone else is, infact the IQ system is an incredibly flawed system on which to base intelligence from individual to individual. With so many trees in the city you could see the spring coming each day until a night of warm wind would bring it suddenly in one morning. Sometimes the heavy cold rains would beat it back so that it would seem that it would never come and that you were losing a season out of your life. But you knew that there would always be the spring as you knew the river would flow again after it was frozen. When the cold rains kept on and killed the spring, it was as though a young person had died for no reason. Really, all you need to know to score well on IQ tests is mathematical knowledge and a good understanding of the English language. It has been proven over and over again that it does not account for intelligence in high risk; high pressure situations not to mention they are also culturally determined and tests vary from continent to continent because of this. That is a pretty big generalisation and you forget that quite a number of people are boastful and want recognition for their acheivments or what they can do.
