Dboy65
no real need for recoil, dueling is useless, foraging would be just idiotic, nobody knows if ROW affects barrows really and ROS is just idiotic risky and stupid and the daggonoth rings are to risky to lose so the only clear choice is a ROL
Leonard12440
Never. I always wear the ring of wealth, I never even come close to dieing.
LordoftheSquishies
Beacon ring personally. I'm not gonna give away my other gear. But I can say I spend less on a full trip than what I've heard the average player spends maging half the brothers... And with all my skill and vast experience (about 20 runs, lol) I have never gotten a barrows item :(. Ah well. I can always come back in a month. Look at my evidence of geekdom... MWAHAHAHA! If i'm veracing (which is my main method now) i use a warrior ring

Soul_failure
Always take one, haven't needed it yet for barrows, but it is a precautionary measure. No harm in taking a little bit more protection

Guest baronmaster
i never wear one, never been close to dying at barrows. Hard to die at barrows unless you really have no clue, or do something stupid, like read an IM :P
Mischlings
if i'm maging i use wealth.. i've seen 1 j mod say it doesnt affect drops and one say it does so i bring it in case. If i'm veracing (which is my main method now) i use a warrior ring A warrior ring only gives you a slash attack bonus, so using it with Veracs (which only has a stab and crush attack) doesn't make sense. The only ring that would help with Veracs is a berzerker ring. If you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature. Panic_Pants
Well, since my lacking of a REAL life, I always wear this 'ring of life' so at least people think I have one... does it work?
cowmasta13
It's save me once at Barrow's, twice at KQ, and once in the regular world (reading TIF when an evil chicken came :ohnoes: ).
tomdavies90
of course its well worth it, if dharok hits you for nearly full health then you're likely to panic and not get prayer on before his next hit, causing death, so rol is better. also there isnt really another ring that would be useful there, row does nothing, beserker rings etc cost to much and dont protect over other items Sig by me.... Danqazmlp
I never do, i wear lunar ring. 1. Never dc'd atbarrows, got a very reliable net, cant remember the las time i dc'd anywere. so thats around 1/10k chance of me dc'ing there 2. 10% of my hp is 9, all the brothers hit at least 20 ish, so thats over half the time, that ROL wouldn'd work. making my chances of needing it 1/20k not worth the effort imo Want to be my friend? Eccentric
Ring of Charos for me, not for any particular reason aside from the fact that I always wear it. Barrows doesn't scare me, I don't know why, probably because it's dangerous enough that I always completely focus on what is happening in the game while I'm doing it. If I don't think I have enough food or prayer pot doses to finish things, I don't hesitate to tele out, so I mostly feel pretty safe; I've done enough runs that I know what I'm doing too, so I feel confident in my abilities. I use a pretty straightforward method; less risk, more cost, but since I fish/cook all my food and make all my own prayer pots I don't count it as cost.
