People who have undoubtedly passed the test are Player mods. I think that Shadow7 (who is a p-mod) would be a great chat mod. Anyone disagree?? If you get a prat like that in chat and no chat mods are online, then please add them to ignore and certainly if its racist like that. REPORT them! Therefore, even if the spammer isn't vulgar, you should still report him for rule 1, offensive language. I to am getting annoyed at the spam, even though it has died down considerably.
