WildxYak
Do you think that getting more clues that send you into the Wilderness help you get a better clue reward? If you've ever got 3rd Age did you have many in the Wilderness? 99: Agility 28/12/14|Thieving 20/03/

Umega
In my experience, clues that take you into the wilderness do not increase the chances of better rewards. No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.

Uula
I've got a 5 step clue 4 wildy clues and nothing special. So it's RANDOM Just one clue doesn't prove anything. AT ALL. It'd take a thousand clues to create even slightly accurate statistics that could show if it is better with wildy clues. But really, I don't THINK it's any better with wildy clues :P (they're easy anyway)
kemikalkadet
Only if your clue comes from hellhounds killed on a thursday. you have to use a ring of wealth for every step, but alch the ring of wealth and make a new one for each new clue. Finally.. do a jig 3 times before you open the last chest and 3rd age be yours.

Dragon_lord
It depends what items are encoded into that particular clue scroll, from there on which reward you get is random. Aquashock
No, the clues are random, and the reward is random. I've done over 200 recorded clues, I can gaurantee you that very few did not make me go in the wilderness. Majority of them were junk anyway. Thats kidna like saying if you kill this exact spawn of a monster, is it more likely to drop its item >.> Its not ^^Click For Monster Hunting Blog (180M+ in drops)^^
Dalcyte
no, not in the slighest. The only way you can get a better chance of getting a 3rd age item, is by killing a monster that drops level 3 clues. Going to the wilderness has no effect on the clue whatsoever, and it wouldn't make sense for it to. Click for mah Blog!- I'm not sure why you would though because i never update it Achieved 99 Thieving 3/10/07-992nd to it
Tbfgraphx14
Yes I had a 5 step in the wild and I think I got Mage Long, and 14 Sharks :x I'll ask my friend what he did for his third age plate. I know his last step was the fishing guild. Tbfgraphx14Happy to find I'm not the only one who eats glass.

WildxYak
IT'S RANDOM STOP MAKING THESE STUPID TOPICS MORONS!!!!! Thanks I didn't find anything about this when I searched so I asked a question for people to have a discussion about. I don't believe that it helps either, the rare times I've had TT rewards have been a mix of majority wildy or non-wildy, which (although not accurately) kind of proves us right in that it doesn't help, along with everyone elses results. Yet I know many people that crave for Wildy clue steps (not just the final clue) in hope that it increases chances of 3rd Age. I've not had a good reward for a long time, up to about 40k in alchs is best for at least a month and many clue steps have been Wildy :P 99: Agility 28/12/14|Thieving 20/03/
Lenin64
Well, I got a lvl 3 that took me into the wildy twice, and best thing was a black d'hide body. not bad, but I also had a puzzle box .I've got one now that took me into the Dark Warrior's Castle, and into the Karazi jungle (I'm doing Legends just for this clue) so i better get something good...or else  Command the Murderous Chalices! Soma2035
I'm just going to tell you my story and let you make whatever you want out of it. Luckily, I escaped any wild clues for over a month. Unfortunately, my only nice item was Rune Skirt (t). I finally got a wild clue, was wondering what it would do for my luck. Robin Hat. The very next clue my brother does, also in wilderness, results in a Robin Hat. Then I do a clue in wilderness and get Rune Plate (g). I've gotten a Robin Hat, a gilded plate, a black cavalier, and several god armor pieces from wilderness clues. I've only gotten three decent items, and all three were trimmed skirts, from non wild clues. Go figure. Want to learn to Nex? The Nex Hunters are recruiting! Click for more information!
