My methods to 99 were this:1-75 - air runes (5k exp/h = 240h)75-94 - F2P runespan (40k exp/h = 170h)94-99 - P2P runespan (100k exp/h = 50h) My exp rates are lower than most figures because I afk'd it a lot.
