Cats are good if you don't have the time, or don't want to take the time, to take care of them. Dogs a lot more work, though it does depend on the breed (as intelligence goes up, so does how much you need to entertain it).

 

The only thing I will say about cats, is that around here there are people who are only prevented from laying bear traps or getting cat eating dogs out of fear of the law. People don't like cats in their yards uninvited.

 

As for a hen, make sure that's actually legal (its not here, if your in the city).

Why is everything so slow tonight? Even on Xbox I have 10 friends online when usually on friday nights it's at least 30 friends on... Guess I might go clubbing tonight if it's too boring at home.

Well, tonight was the first time going to the club for the first time in months. I guess I won't return until the "dubstep" noise goes out of fashion, seeing as how annoying it is. Was my first time witnessing someone that wanted to fight, and he was probably racist since he went against 2 black guys. At the time I got in the taxi, the police was coming there, so I guess I missed the most interesting part.

I'd have a small aquarium or something for the convenience of non-cleanup - it sounds like a plan. Pet lobster, just like in the Simpsons.

 

I'd probably sound a little amoral here, but is it legal/otherwise permissible to eat a pet lobster? Oh, and I'll get piranhas or something as well to make it more... lively, or should I say, deadly?

 

In other news, I've signed up for ClixResearch today - but some of the questions are awfully invasive though, e.g. 'What is your sexual orientation?' 'Do you wish to take part in intimate trials?'

Not sure about a pet lobster, but here eating lobster is legal alright LOL. It's actually what stimulates the economy in the summer here. A pet lobster though? I do know that I cook lobster when they are alive, otherwise, if they're dead, usually they're not good to eat. And yep, I get them directly from a person that fishes them, so I get it for not even half the price that you can get them in the store.

I'm wondering if there's any legal ramifications to slaughtering and eating pets, if they happen to be crustaceans (e.g. pet lobster, crab, etc.) I don't want animal rights activists knocking on my door - you've seen what happens to people when they put cats in bins and stuff. It's a social sensitivity that I'd have to conform to because western societies have some unexplained affinity with animals that I just don't understand.

Going on a quest for new clothes today. I've been wearing brother' hand me downs t-shirts and 2 year old jeans far too long!

Man what a crazy [bleep]ing night. Me and 2 mates took a flight up to Tampa. Had dinner there and when flying back the weather had a sudden change. Ended up getting diverted to an airport north from our home airport. The FBO was closed to we were forced to sleep in the plane. Thank god we managed to get out of it alive. Thunderstorms and crazy rain/wind all around us :|

I like the idea of Lobsterbert, but -bert only works with monosyllabic names, so in practicality I would drop the Lob from the name. Therefore, if I ever get a pet lobster, I shall name it Sterbert.
