Inside Man. I liked it, 'twas pretty cool.

It's one of the movies I re-watch time to time. Greatly underrated by most people IMO.

I've been wanting to watch it for a while now. I randomly go to a channel on tv and think hey this is a pretty good show.

Like halfway through I realized that it was.

the New York Ripper There's some very gruesome murdering in this Fulci classic. Loads of good looking wiminz as well. Too bad that all the nudity makes it less interesting. Normaly the giallo is so stylish with all the good looking woman, the lack of nudity makes it so sexy. This one just has "Brutal f*cking murder!", but it's great at that.

Suspiria Without a doubt the scariest horror movie ever made. After the movie I went to the toilet, the door made noise as usual, but this time it made me very nervous. 10/10

Auch zwerge haben klein angefangen Two 10/10 movies on one night. How is it possible? I think I've never seen a movie as deranged as this one. Herzog couldn't have had a very positive image of mankind while shooting this movie. Herzog at his best! Unforgetable. 10/10

Zack and Miri Make a Porno - Absolutely [bleep] hilarious. Kevin Smith fans will be happy, no Jay and Silent Bob shenanigans but it still feels like a Kevin Smith movie. I think this one would be a good intro to KS movies too for those people who haven't seen any others.

Hey Indie, I see you're a Kevin Smith fan. Have you seen the earlier movies made by Richard Linklater? If you enjoy the Smith movies you might enjoy stuff like Slacker, Dazed & Confused and SubUrbia! ;)

You don't mess with the Zohan.

Pretty funny movie i must say, haven't seen many new movies this year... But i really liked this one.

Aguirre der Zorn Gottes I love it. The opening scene is just so good, with the music of Popol Vuh and the images of the landscape go together perfectly! Kinski is brilliant in this movie, he's so unpredictable (just like he was in real life).

6/10

Mystery Science Theater 3000 : The movie

Ok, My first time seeing a full MST3K. This one was great but I think the movie they could of picked should of been better. Still enjoyable and funny also witty.

8/10

Solaris

By Andrei Tarkovsky

What can I say about this film. I loved this film and it's beauty and creativity really made me think. Not a typical action flick. Confusing at times and hard to understand what was going on but you get it all in the end.

10/10

I found myself with a day and a half of free time this week, and didn't feel like being social or even getting dressed, so I did a movie marathon.

The Call of Cthulhu (2005) - This is the first silent movie I've seen, and I really enjoyed it. Despite being classed as a horror, I found that it made me laugh more than that it scared me. 8/10

Vacancy (2007) - It ended up being one of the most cliche horror movies ever. The main characters' car breaks down outside of a small gasbar/motel combo right in the middle of the mountains. Terror ensues. However, the acting actually wasn't bad at all and the 'romance' between the main characters didn't feel forced. Luke Wilson definitely has potential to do more than just comedies. 7/10

1408 (2007) - Was going extremely well and had the potential to be an extremely effective horror/thriller until about 35ish minutes from the end. Overall, I liked it though. 7/10

Quantum of Solace (2008) - After hearing about all the downfalls of this movie from people, my expectations were much lower than they should have been so I liked it quite a bit. Lots of explosions and shattering glass near the end.

The Mist (2007) - Great horror/thriller. The terror effectively shifts from between the mist creatures and the trapped citizens to within the citizens themselves. Hugely underrated.

Babel (2006) - 4 different stories converge together: two arabic brothers receive a gun as a gift, a husband (Pitt) and wife (Blanchett) are caught in the middle of a terrorist attack, an american brother and sister go for a day trip to a mexican wedding with their nancy, and a japanese teen deals with her hearing disability. Powerful movie.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2004) - Confusing at first, but it makes complete sense by the end. I'm not usually a fan of romance, but this movie was amazing. After The Truman Show and now this, Jim Carrey is slowing becoming another favorite of mine.

Vanilla Sky (2001) - Drama + Romance + Scifi. Vanilla Sky has so many different aspects to it, putting it under any category would be wrong. Surprisingly, I wasn't disappointed that the whole movie was basically out right explained at the end by one of the characters. I'm definitely going to see this one again.

The Matrix Reloaded.

For the third or fourth time I think. For some reason I didn't realize they played Calm Like A Bomb at the end until now.

Stephen King proves in the ending that cocaine is one hell of a drug.

I saw Man on Fire & Quantum of Solace with my girlfriend recently. Two great action movies.
