Obtaurian Posted August 19, 2010 Share Posted August 19, 2010 interestingly enough i've not once talked about pvp in my posts, and even if i had, we were talking about the problems that would arise, if the ring functioned in a way that it has turned out not to, so it's moot. now i'm just justifying the legitimacy of the flat-rate-reduction-to-the-cost-of=special-attacks-when-wearing-the-ring-of-vigour paradigm, because people are saying that we're idiots who can't comprehend first grade mathematics.Apparently you were not the only one who misinterpreted the description, the first threads on RSOF are popping up to ask for a refund lol. I actually opened the rewards screen intending to buy one, but I raged and decided against it when I saw it was 28k more tokens than the KB said. Glad I didn't get it . . . yet. Flyingjj Posted August 19, 2010 Share Posted August 19, 2010 What still annoys me to no end is that the dungeoneering rewards require SO many more tokens to buy than the actual dungeoneering requirement to wield, especially since it would make more sense the other way around, as you can get exp by itself (and therefore inflate your level), but tokens you have to get from Daemonheim. We were able to do the highest floor that the highest level dungeoneer in our group could do. We had 74, 80, and 85 DGing, respectively. FREE PRESTIGE PLOX. I really have no idea why they put Snapdragon, Toadflax, Wergali, Torstol and spirit weed onto the options, nothing I know drops them unnoted, and no one would destroy Snapdragon or Torstol for double exp. They increased the floors to level 93 and NONE - NONE of the rewards are above level 70 when the FIRST batch was 80. Not to mention EVERY reward sucks MEGA ass. Oh and where the hell is "the eye of the warrior" which was promised by JaGeX and was probably the ONLY rewards that wouldn't have sucked. I really just feel like quitting this POS game right now.
