October 6, 201015 yr I agree with the touchpad being hard to use, I've been playing rs mostly on a laptop, and i bought an external mouse within the first 2 weeks or so. Couldn't stand it anymore...
October 6, 201015 yr Is this the device that RuneFest attendees were allowed to test? -------------------------------------------------------------------
October 6, 201015 yr Somewhere it said it was gonna cost around 300-400 dollars. And it looks like its got only a directional pad for controls, how are people going to play rs with that? LOL.
October 6, 201015 yr Author Somewhere it said it was gonna cost around 300-400 dollars. And it looks like its got only a directional pad for controls, how are people going to play rs with that? It has a touchpad (like a laptop has I guess). Though as others pointed out, that may be difficult to use.

October 6, 201015 yr I'd probably prefer to buy a laptop that has a proper keyboard (where your finger doesn't press 6 keys at once) and a bigger screen, then hook it up with a netstick.

October 6, 201015 yr I'd rather buy a small laptop, which is more usefull, and if the skyes are right and Panasonics decides to overprice it, maybe it will even be cheaper.
October 6, 201015 yr Playing Runescape on a tiny touchpad would be terrible. It's bad enough on a normal laptop touchpad. quit
October 6, 201015 yr Is this the device that RuneFest attendees were allowed to test? Runefest attendees were allowed to test something? Yeah, heard it was on the Friday/Sunday I remember someone saying on here they went. But they wont be able to confirm if it was or not anyway. Thanks Gradeskip93 for my awesome sig!

October 7, 201015 yr I'm not sure what I think of this. :S Portable MMO's sounds like a great idea.. But I don't see any tiny device with only a touchpad pulling it off. :P Guess we'll see how this goes.

October 8, 201015 yr Ehh.... but a MacBook can, no biggie. And like baller said, you can buy a laptop for about the same amount, so the real question is, what else can this contraption do? October 8, 201015 yr Honestly, I'm not interested in this. The Jungle will be yet another niché product, much like the iPad is. It's for the people who already own a laptop (or two), want to try out new gadgets as they come, and have the wallet to match. Despite being a mild gadget-savvy person myself, I wouldn't buy the Jungle. I'd much rather be inclined towards a MacBook or a similar size, full featured portable. Just my 2 cents.
