If you have the diary and talk to WOM its the top chat option.HOWEVER if you have max qp and talk to WOM top chat option is for Quest Cape. Essentially they put both chat options into the same vanishing option; but questcape gets priority over the diary. So all full quest cape wearers cannot get the trollheim tabs yet. Zaros item does not work there, eg minons will still attack u if ur wearing ancient rune armours. I noticed that minions stop attacking u except the ancient mages when you're wearing barrows item :)

January 10, 201115 yr Seem to be in the same predicament as a lot here - Took less than 10 kills for Zamorak, Saradomin, Bandos, but like 70 for Armadyl. Finally got it off of one of those horrible Spiritual Mages!
